Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3991 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect countdown bombs and grow the 4 popcorns to complete level 3991 Candy Crush Saga.
The keys that move around the conveyor will unlock the squares under the stripe dispensers, this will allow stripes to drop and these are in line with the popcorns and will help to grow the popcorns.
Colourbomb combos are the way forward in this level, switch with just about anything to hit the popcorns and collect the keys and bombs. Double colourbomb combos are great if you can make them, but switch with a stripe or a wrap too and they will go a long way to completing the level.
The only really tricky part is clearing the bombs before they count down to zero.
The moves have been reduced since the video was made but it is completed in only 13 moves so still shows the strategy to complete the level.

Fortunate to have full build-a-bot and reset ability, started with CB/CB, done with moves to spare.
Done 1st time with full bot & 2cb together had to use lollipop on last popcorn 😀
Beware I was getting the ribbons and finally the blue one that cleared the board enough that I thought I had all the bombs but I had a 4 left to get and no way to make them. Perhaps a glitch in the program. I made sure to remove all the popcorn in case they held a bomb but they did not.
Believe I have answer to my above problem about the bombs. Apparently if the ribbon clears them, it does not count. I am starting with 20 which is the required number needed.

This is the worst one yet !!!
Only 9 to go to 4000 but these levels suck. Started with full stocking lost 4 clicks on the bombs trying to match the cb to get the keys. Never could match the color and end up blown up. These bombs have always been a frustration but lately Candy Crush has become a minefield designed to instill dread at each new level. What happened King? I used to love this game.Not anymore. Heck of a way to thin the herd. FrustrTe and aggravate us into quitting. It's been a nightmarishly hard experience of late. Sorry way to end z relationship but this is zero fun. Last life...last exlosion... last level. No desire to keep going.

No chance to clear popcorn
I played my first 5 lives without boosters. Every time bombs got me. Still levels before 4000. Then I can quiet. But before that lucky board please.

Spiteful level. This is designed to get rid of players.
Like a lot of posters here, I used to love playing this game but I don't want to be playing "super hard levels" all the time. .

Should be nightmarish
I hated this level. I thought this would be the end for me. But I finally conquered it and I'll tell you how you can, too. Ignore the bombs when you start. Don't waste moves trying to free and clear the bombs. Make great combos and just keep attacking the corners. The bombs will eventually all go away. It may not happen on your first try, but it WILL happen.
Tired of these hard levels. Not fun anymore, just frustrating. King needs to retire this game as it is being made to make money from boosters. I will not be recommending anyone play CC or any of the King games.
Think I have missed my lucky board, so fed up now. Three days, two devices and nowhere near completing. CC has yet to answer how my colleague can get through 30 levels a week and I am lucky to do 7!! No fun anymore, just to hard, to draining. You can tell it’s time to stop when you notice the relief of getting through a level, like a weight lifted, that cant be right.

Okay, every time I complained I pass a level. First about Fantastic Five. It is a waste. 4 players have a total of 190 points. And the days go by faster each time. No way has it been 2 weeks but who is counting. Fantastic Five should let us pick our team if not all 4 then at least 2. This having a 'player' is the same as nobody. And I have only gone over 5000 points 2 times.
Now on to something good to report. I have won the Jackpot now 5 times. All in the last month and a half. I think I found the secret. You need to stop the spin on one of the 8 prizes. Only 1 will get you the jackpot. It is like betting on roulette only not as many and not odd even or black/red.
Now for this level I am so close to 4000 and have already played it so I know i can pass it.

I have SD but can no longer reset. I Started with a CB/stripe combo with one key and several bombs of the same color. From there, I focused on making any special candies and preferably combos to hit the popcorns. Finished with 3 moves left. Keep trying.

Another level where the stripes will not drop out of the dispenser once I get down to one popcorn. That is just underhanded on Kings behalf. It's such an obvious move to get you to buy boosters. If there is a stripe dispenser then it should drop them every time.

When I saw this was listed as a an extremely difficult level I knew I needed help. So I read cookie and proceeded. I naturally tried to eliminate all of the countdown bombs. This produced very little. Then I read the helpful hints listed above. Chris from last September offered advice. Chris said to forget about the countdown bombs and concentrate on the popcorn in the four corners. I tried this, unsuccessful in the beginning. But after a few tries I made a CB and coupled it with a stripe. This started everything rolling by eliminating the color bombs. I was able to finish the level with two lives left.
Thanks to Chris I move on toward level 4000. See you there.
