Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4013 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
The first thing to do is to clear the chocolate at each side so that the candies can drop into the bottom part of the board. Once you have candies dropping you can start to look for combos to unlock and clear the chocolate in the middle of the board.
Don't worry too much about clearing jelly, if you can make the combos to clear the chocolate the jelly will be cleared as you play.
If you can work in the bottom half of the board you will get cascades which will help to clear the jelly without wasting moves.
The moves have been reduced to 19 and the video below starts with 22 moves, but it is completed in 15 moves so well within the moves available.

Start with cb combo. Fish booster help. Cleared with 3 stars(._.)
Cookie seemed to have skipped tip for level 4014 which is collect waffles. Check boosters help. Start with cb combo. Used extra move to get the last waffle(._.)

Passed the 1st try, started with CB CB, then got lucky CB/ wrap, done with 11 moves to spare!
Done with 10 moves left 2cb together then fish finished it for me 😀

What is going on. Today I have no space dash and no cb at each leel I beat. I play sugar drops twice a day and get very little. I have 100’s of checks and coconut wheels but few hans, hammers and wraps or color bombs. I have played for a long time and have spent a lot of money. Now almost all levels require boosters and we are not being given any. 😩
We are on 13 not 14 so can you help with this level? And why are you coming her if you already passed?
Am i on the wrong level here? What about the bombs???
So. Moves reduced to 16 and were the short countdown bombs there before? It sucks. Why do king want to punish those who are not up with the front runners? I was at the front once but now have to put up with harder levels. Where is the fairness in that? No strategy if no wsy of knocking out bombs.
Good tip to start clearing the chocolate on the sides that is not blocked. So the candies can drop down. In the first attemps I was concentrated in unlocking chocolate and this doesn't work. I started with 1 cb + 1 wrap/stripes + 1 fish and cleared it in 14 moves since from the first move the candies dropped down and I could make cascades.

Video is not anything like my game. This level has fewer moves, 2 additional rows of chocolate at bottom and much shorter time bombs.

For level 4013 16 moves from 22. Bombs time out in 16 moves. My bombs time out in 7. I guess they just want you to spend a lot of money to pass this game. Not doing it. So thanks candy crush. Im not playing anymore.
Oh and clear 73 blocks. This just isn't right.
It seems that nearly all people left playing the game are the few who can still reset and those who pay, As I have never paid and have never been able to reset, I am feeling a little lonely. I must admit it is getting boring scrolling back to 606.
Not only are the countdown bombs down to 7 now, there are two rows of multi layer chocolate at the bottom of the board but it is still an easy level, after the horror run from 3935 onward.

I finally passed the last level by buying 100 bars...don't do it often but was getting fed up...isn't that what king wants?greedy? First off it said 14.99 for 100 bars but they charged me 20 and some cents. I should not have bought them..had trouble a couple monthds ago too and they never put my money back in my account...they double charged me. I do not like being ripped off. Earlier today the bars were 20 but it dropped and that is why I got them. This game is not only getting stressful it is getting greedy ripping me off!!!

Stop the whining already. It's a ***free*** game. So Candy Crush made the levels impossible to play - so what? We all know that eventually a lucky board will show and then you move on. The intent is to slow down play and make the game last longer. It is clear that on a level like this with 16 turns, timed bombs at 7 moves (vice 14) and two extra rows of chocolate added to bottom, with extra layer of chocolate to the sides will not be won by skill. Just accept it and move on (eventually).

It is free. A way to relax after work. But not too much fun. Creating more tension than fun. And why is noone mentioning waffles on top of this? And no more going back to 606 to collect anything. The bot just rewards for current levels now, like candy crush soda. I quit that game. Hope I can finish this one.

Started with a colour bomb, wrapped and striped and a fish, then it kept giving me colour bombs so was quite easy. Also asked for a lucky board so not sure if that helped too
YOU ARE FREAKEN KIDDING ME I only have 16 moves and my bombs start at 7 not 15 AND NOT LABELED HARD Just when I think king has sunk lowest they rig levels to a ridiculous point GOOD JOB GUYS AT PROVING HOW DISHONEST AND HOW MICH YOUVE SUNK TO A NEW LEVEL
Passed on first attempt (using full space dash), starting with CB + CB combo and the cascade from the other specials cleared out most of the chocolate. It was then pretty easy to make combinations of other specials and clear the remaining jellies. I had several moves left, so this may be doable with the current moves without boosters. It's because of this mentality that King believes they can cheat people. No it's not ok and you don't have to accept it and move on. Happy to waste my life playing CC, not money.

Shorter countdown bombs, more chocolate, fewer moves !! WTH !! Don’t see how it’s possible even using boosters. The only way will be a super lucky board, cause I can’t even get close !!

This is impossible. Layered chocolate, locked, 7 count bombs and only 14 moves. What the hell. This game is getting old real fast.
Took me three days. Then with a colourbomb switched with wrap in the second last move it worked out well. Once the chocolate opens up it all about getting cascades
