Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4065 Candy Crush Saga by Cookie
Level 4065 is a dual task level and at the time of writing is impossible to complete without spending money so I can't even begin to give tips on how to complete it. I have tried starting with a double colourbomb combo and this may be the best chance you have of passing this ridiculous level.
Since the level was first released it has been changed so much it is a different level. see images below.

As you can see from the images there are 8 less moves and locked licorice instead of normal licorice and marmalade.
I suspect that this level will be changed again in the future as there is little prospect of passing as it is unless you are prepared to use a party popper to clear the licorice.
The video below was completed before the changes so doesn't help much. You could also try a UFO, this might clear some of the licorice too.

I agree....I have supported the game and spent money over the years on candy crush. Your developers are not fair when they put a level like 4065 in the game. It impossible to complete without using a lot of boosters and gold bars. Time for me to stop wasting my time and money on Candy Crush.
This level is rediculous!
Nasty. I read the comments here and elected to use 3 hammers to get out of it, since that seemed as close as I would ever get after using two hand switches in the game, first to make the double sprinkle combo then to make a stripe and sprinkle combo. Bleck.

The only way to pass this level is waiting for the ribbon thing and the piñata explosion. Unless you want to spend lots of lolipops.
No, the ONLY way to pass this insane level is for King to change it to something even remotely passable. I can’t count the times I’ve wasted loading the freakin frog for boosters watched the useless videos for earning 1 booster & lose them all time after time. Seriously King, I’m NEVER going to pay to play this game. I’d much rather burn my money in a campfire & roast marshmallows... at least that would be enjoyable
Would someone please explain how the “ribbon” candy work?.. How do you get the piñata? Match them together OR destroy them some other way? I keep matching them but never get the meter to go all the way to the top & produce the piñata. What am I doing wrong?
Used all boosters plus full stocking and started with CB combo. I had a lucky board, I guess. I needed to use 2 hammers to hit the licorice below the ingredients and was able to make matches with just one swap to clear the rest of the jelly. I wish the fish would have come back sooner. It didn't give any help at the end of the game.
Finally, after 3 days of trying everything. First board of the day cookie used to say was always the luckiest. Double CB, loaded stocking & 2 switches. Double cb dropped both cherries out 1st move & unlocked licorice. Used 2 switches after that. King either nerfed this level, I was “allowed” to pass, or 1st board of the morning luck. I’ve tried these same tactics over & over with no success. Still working to finish off the triple episode quagmire.

Sent a message to King and was informed that all of their levels are passable without any boosters. How is that for a bald faced lie. Told them that may be true if i play the same level 100,000 times which isn't going to happen. I'm bored to death with this game as it is.

I was able to pass this by having the full stocking. Started with 2 CB's together. After that used a UFO. Had no patience to even try to make stripes, so used 2 lollipop hammers to knock out the licorice under the cherries. Finished with 12 moves left. Good luck! - Jen

I needed two hammers, but didn’t gave any. Instead, It took all day.to do his level, because of difficulty in hitting the locked licorice blockers
Once those blockers are gone, the nut flies out and the rest of the jellies are easy.
Finally I lucked out with a wrapped/strip combo that let the Nuts out.

When you start with double CB, it's doable. Played 3711 only one time for one CB plus added my own (too lazy for playing old levels so often). Added a fish to be on the safe side. It IS a bit difficult to do combos, but I managed to make 2 combos in the bottom in order to hit the respective 2 liquorices laying on the exit for the ingredients. The jellies itself are not such a big problem.
Happy New year to you, too! Because your comment made me positive and I only went a little easier way (started with double CB). But I also didn't want to use hammers (due to their lack 😉) and experienced it the same way you described it.
The level is now not so hard, since not all the licorice is locked. I collected one CB from 3711 and started with 2 side by side. Then I was able to make a wrap/striped combo and hit ther remaining upper licorice. For the other one I used a hammer. In this way it's doable and no need to spend any money. I never did so. I'm playing forward collecting boosters during the game.
Responding to the question of Anonymus about ribbon and piñata thing you only need to let it work matching the candies as usual. It doesn't always develop from bronze (green to stripped) to silver (pink to wrapped and finally blue to piñata).
Firstly, thank you to those who spend money on CC, which funds us who choose not to. I took the advice of Monserrat and started with the double colour bomb, (from 3711) and then used two hammers for the ingredients (from daily free ones). One of the quickest of recent ‘hard’ levels. M

Posting for luck. Just realize the game is different on my Iphone and Kindle. It doesn't have all the licorice blocked like on windows 10. I maybe able to pass it now.

I've said it many times but this might really be the level that makes me quit. I've started with the full stocking several times and not even close. I'm too bored waiting for a lucky board. Posting for luck or I'll give up

Got it with full bot boosters and added fish, 3 moves to spare. Tough level, but doable with concentration and boosters. The locked licorice must be unlocked ASAP to have a chance, then keep hitting the jellies with powerful combinations. Good luck everyone, and happy crushing!

This looked impossible at first, but I found some tricks. Color bomb/stripe combo is fairly effective. Just check and make sure you have the stripe color in rows to clear the licorice under the cherries. A double wrapped combo is good if it's near the licorice, also. Just keep making combos in strategic spots and you'll get it. (I refuse to buy anything.)

There are 31 moves now but still find it difficult without boosters.
Also finding it tough to make combos with 5 colors.
....and clear the locked licorice AND drop the cherries AND get all the jelly cleared. sigh.........

I don't have extra boosters saved, so I don't know how I can pass this level without a lucky board. I am asking for a lucky board so I may complete this level and move on.

Awful level. Totally different to previous boards now. Deliberate push to get you to buy boosters or extra moves. I have neither so I'm guessing I'll be stuck here for even longer without a lucky board. Sux.
