Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4083 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4083 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect 2 ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
You don't need to worry too much about the ingredients as they will find their way to the exits as you clear the jelly.
The first thing to do is to clear some of the licorice to give you a bit more space to work and make special candies. Any combo can be used to clear licorice but it can seem like hard work sometimes.
The fish are the secret to passing this level, so take any chance to hit the floats with special candies and especially combos. The more you can hit the floats with combos the more chance you have of passing the level.
When you get to the last few jellies it is much easier to hit the floats and let the fish clear them than to try to hit the jellies.

Whether or not you beat the level depends on whether or not King wants you too. It is totally a luck-based level. I've been on it for days, couldn't even beat it when I started with all of these: double CB combo, fish and wrapped/striped boosters. That's okay because I'll just wait and come back to the game next week. Luckily I have other hobbies besides CC.
Down to 20 moves to start. Even with a CB/CB combo to start and multiple stripe/wrap switches, haven't been able to get close.

In view of the comments on here, I thought this one would be very tough. I got within 16 jellies on the 4th try, but I got the "bows" and then the associated "Party Booster" (Pinata) on my 5th try and that did all the damage! Achieved with 3 stars.
All well and good with 29 moves. Android down to 19 moves now.
Exactly the same. Had 19 plus 3 moves from SD and needed all 22 moves
Your total goal is to to whatever you can to make combinations to hit the floats to get as many fish as possible. I ended up using two hand switches to get a striped wrapped together to hit the floats. Finished with 3 moves left so it wasn’t easy
Fish booster is the way to go here :)

Only took 4 tries with no boosters to start. I managed to get a double wrap combo twice on the top right hand side. That did the trick. Easy one if it falls right for you. Onward.

So all of you passed4082 in order to get here————I think you all mush have had a gazillion booster . Was just checking to,see if anyone had made it past 4082. Good job folks,!!!?

Too hard, not enough move. Impossible to clear, no skill whatsoever !!!
King controls the boards that is a shame because because we come here to enjoy. instead it is FRUSTRATION. Isn't this ILLEGAL? But we are still here, so shame on us.

Tough level. I added fish to full bot boosters (2 color bombs, 2 wrapped candies, 2 striped candies, 3 extra moves) and still needed most of the +15 moves that I happened to spin (watched an advertisement on my mobile for it after failing). Requires boosters, luck, and/or careful planning (probably all three). The tips by everyone were right, as were most of the comments. Thank you everyone, good luck, and happy crushing!

These levels have cost me moving onto other planets in this game. I am tired of needing boosters to win. Getting very close to leaving because the money I spend on boosters can be given to worthy causes to help humans and animals.

Moves reduced from 28 to 22. This game is a complete JOKE. I must be mad to keep playing & hoping it eventually becomes as enjoyable as it once was .
Can't say this is a pretty "normal" level. Tried numerous times and still no pass. Not enough moves.
Candy Crush used to be awesome!!! You guys just suck now! These levels are absolutely terrible! You guys need to hire some new designers! Boring and a waste of time!!!
Amazing. Read the comments as I often do when I’m struggling to pass a level and the very next game got 2 x CB’s together and scraped through! Somewhat relieved :-)
Tougher than it seems. I'm getting some decent special candies, and I've used some of my own fish boosters all to no avail. It's obviously a doable level...I'm just not doing it!
