Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4088 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4088 is a hard level due to the licorice and bombs that you have to deal with. I think it is possible to pass it without using boosters but you will need a lot of patience and quite a bit of luck.
The ingredients pass from where they are to the exit diagonally below them, some exits are blocked by waffles and others are blocked by cream blockers, it makes no difference what is blocking the exits, it has to be cleared in the same way and that is by using combos.
The first thing you have to do is clear the bombs before they count down, if you can make them into special candies or combos you can use them to clear each other as well as the blockers and waffles, but otherwise look carefully at how you are going to clear the bombs, bearing in mind that as you clear them the licorice will drop down and block up the left side of the board. Once the bombs are out of the way you can concentrate totally on clearing the blockers to get the ingredients out of the exits.
Stripe/wrap combos are really good as long as the licorice doesn't block them and colourbomb/stripe combos will also help to clear the blockers. If you can manage to make a double colourbomb combo better still.

Have started this level many times with boosters but still havent done it so posting for that lucky board

Not enough moves The first half of your moves you’re basically concentrating on removing the bombs .... then I have to break through waffles and cream in order to get six fruit to drop.. which means I have to concentrate on getting striped candy all while dealing with licorice in between

I think, this level with this many layers of the blockers, tedious liquorice and quickly exploding bombs COULD be fun and WAS doable, if there were 10 moves more (right now 30). Thanks to the fact I still can achieve SD, I finally decided to stop wasting time trying it without boosters or solely with my own boosters and went back for repeating old levels and getting a double CB. This is the perfect start as the bombs and one layer is gone immediately. Rest is doable, needed 31 moves (as had +3 with SD) plus used coconut wheel....
So close yet unsuccessful 😩 Lucky board please 🍀

I added a coconut wheel to full space dash boosters (2 color bombs, 2 wrapped candies, 2 striped candies, 3 extra moves), got through it quickly. The coconut wheel was overkill, but I had lots and didn't want to have to try it multiple times after some of the recent levels. The best combinations are color bomb + stripe and stripe + wrap. reinstall your game if you do not have build a bot or space dash... worked for me i reset microsoft version and got it after i had never had it.. thanks everyone for the help here.. i started with two colorbombs and then a colorbomb stripe cleared the board.. so happy to have build a bot .. the games just soar by .. sometimes too easily i think . but hey not gonna bitch about that . thanks carol the elder always and eric on this one. i was afraid to start with two colorbombs after all the bad that can happen when u do.

To reach a level, Good for you. Sometimes you have to realise Thats not enough, the levels does not stroke with comments, comments are false. There comes a time you cant stroke with CC, my time is now, i cant play this game anymore. No reality and very boring and stupid levels.
There is a time you realise that you have to stop playing a game.

I have used all 3 boosters multiple times and have not even come close! I have no clue what you guys get out of making levels that the only way to pass is essentially you passing it for us? Its absolutely stupid and you guys should be embarrassed? This game used to be fun and a game of strategy, now it's just a bunch of dopes with no clue what they're doing and have no creativity?
This is a very boring level. My only hope is to get a lucky board. Seems like that’s the way most of the levels are lately.
