Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4099 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect one cherry to complete level 4099 Candy Crush Saga. The exits for the cherry are below the blockers so all you need to do to collect the cherry is to clear enough blockers to open an exit and then drop the cherry through using a stripe or a combo of some kind.
There is no need to clear all the blockers, you only need one space for the cherry to drop through, so concentrate on one area of the wall of blockers and hit it as much as you can to clear the blockers. You will get some stripes dropping from the dispensers once the blockers in the bottom part of the board are cleared, but you should also be able to make some yourself.
Don't let the cherry pass your opening too many times or you may run out of moves before you collect it.

This level is impossible without boosters and also with a full set it is unbelivable ... I cleared ALL the cakes but the cherries didn't drop down, only 4 arrived immediately at the exit, no chance for the remaining two. Again Kings tricked us! I'm starting to be bored by this game, it is not exciting as some hundred levels ago. No intelligence is needed, just luck. I don't thinl to get more enjoyment continuing with it, I'm starting to thik I'll quit ...

No need for booster on this level at all. It took me about 5 tries to get the center blocker (above the center strip depenser). The key here is that the ingredient will travel back to the middle but don't blast the last layer of the blocker until the ingredient is right on top of it. If you do then the licorice will fall in it's place and the ingredient will move on and you won't have enough moves left. Optionally you can also use the lollypop hammer if you can't get a stripe underneath position correctly as the ingredient is on top of it.
5th try no boosters. Nice easy one as long as you can keep making vertical stripes or stripe/wrap combos. Helps to clear the chocolate out of the way early if you can. Onward.

After 2 flailing attempts in which I just chased chocolate and randomly shot off stripes all over the place, I finally took Kevin’s advice and he’s right. No boosters needed. Concentrate on the center, get a stripe lined up ready to go, and wait for the ingredient to be above the blocker before blasting it away with the final hit.
Difficult but doable. I got it on the last move. The tips by Cookie and here in the comments are good. Hit the blockers in a general area early and often, then finish them off just as the cherry arrives above them. Good luck everyone, thank you, and happy crushing!

Finally got it after playing several days. No boosters used. Was able to make a couple of stripped wrapped switchs,several stripes ,& then on last move a CB stripped switch.

Looks like many have abandoned candy crush. No comments since September! Guess it is time for me to go as well. This is an absoutely the wirstckevel yet. No way to win. Too stressful.

Impossible !!! Seulement 15 coups et 3 cerises à récolter. Au départ j'ai lu que c'était 1 cerise et 26 coups.

It may have been one cherry when you wrote this, but its 3 now (at least on iphone; I do fond iPhone and iPad have different changes for some levels) and only 15 moves.

4099 is totally different now. 20 moves to get 5 cherries down, first they need coloured keys to unlock them, then you need to clear through coloured icing which takes at least hits. There are some helpful exploding blocks that explode after 3hits.But be warned, its an extremely tough boring level.
You will need most of your moves to get through all the coloured blocks. I'm guessing there is a way to remove certain blocks for the cherries to fall diagonally down one hole?
I've yet to pass it even though they keep offering me to play on with an extra 35moves for 10gold bars. I don't have ant tiffy ffs.
