Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4109 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4109 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you are not going to pass it easily without boosters.
You have to collect waffles and licorice to complete the level. The orders can only be collected after you have collected the keys to unlock the top parts of the board where they drop from, so collecting the keys has to be the first priority. You need to collect the keys in as few moves as possible to give you any chance of getting enough licorice to drop. The waffles are a bit easier to collect but you still need to get them on the board to collect them.
The keys only drop one at a time in the middle of the board inside the candy cane fence, so if it takes more than a couple of moves to collect any one key you are not going to have a good chance of collecting the orders.
Once the licorice and waffles start to drop onto the board you need combos to collect them, if you collect the licorice using only the blast from a combo it will continue to drop, but if you make matches beside the licorice to collect it you will prevent more from dropping. This isn't a problem with the waffles, they will continue to drop whatever you do.
You may have to clear the licorice in order to make space to make a good combo, but wait for the licorice to start dropping again before you switch your combo.
This level is possible without boosters but I used a hand switch to finish it off. The first video by Johnny Crush is made without boosters

Thanks to a lucky board passed on final two moves with a CB WRAP to take out the licorice and a CB STRIPE COMBO to finish the waffles. Used a CB to start.
Started with full stocking, got lucky with CB/ stipe midway, finished with 7 moves to spare, moving on 😀

So how come it takes ALL my moves just to get the keys ????? What does it take to get board like in the videos ???????
What a tedious, hard, boring level!!!
Started with full Stockng and and extra CB. Used CB one by one on color of key. That took out the keys very quickly,.concentrated on licorice and waffles. Needed one hand switch to get the last waffle.

At a certain point licorice stops to drop down from left dispenser so you loose lot of moves waiting for it. When it comes again it is too late, you run out of moves. Another idiot levelwhere you have to play lot of times until you get the lucky board. For sure that idiot of Roger75 who is "posting for luck" at ebery level will be able to wait only some ten turns instead of mine 500 ... I am really tired to play in this way. CC wa for me, at the beginning, somehow relaxing. Now, after any attemp I have to go back to 606 and play it 7 times to get back the boosters, because it is unthinkable to win this level without them. So I'll stop here. I am sure that I can go ahead but I am definively not willing to play such this and to read at every level roger75 who is spamming this blog. I wonder why the blog moderator has not yet kicked out this stupid man.
I’ve given up with this level. I can’t do it. Licorice doesn’t fall in sufficient amounts and it takes too long to collect the keys that I run out of moves. Until King makes the licorice fall each time after a move on the left side there’s no hope of me passing it. Bye!

I've found that I'm using an awful lot of lives now in these levels. Go down to 3711 to replenish stocking/bot booster. It takes a bit longer to do but a lot less time to scroll and it's not so boring. Good luck my friend.
I don’t like those levels I have to start with full SD. I don’t mind using boosters near the end to beat, but yikes, why make them so hard even at a start of game? I so need help with this one, please.
This is a 100% lucky board level. Well, what can you expect from a low class game development team like King's?

They have. made it even more difficult now. If you hit a licorice at any point, it will not produce more unless all the licorice are off the board. Then, as if that wasn't hard enough, it takes another turn of hitting no licorice to get them to fall again.

Too many moves needed to collect the keys, then not enough licquorice falls. Tried a tick/check mark booster, it only gave me one!

Passed on first try with full sd, started with cb+stripe together and then was lucky to get all keys in a few moves.
The tips by Cookie are exactly right here. I got the keys fairly quickly, brought down as many waffles and licorice as possible, worked on them both, the licorice were the most stubborn but focusing on getting the maximum number of licorice on screen before collecting made it easier. Combinations, when you can make them, do maximum damage here. Good luck everyone, thank you for the tips, and happy crushing!

Can’t get even close after trying forever! Bored!
Whilst I am also struggling on these levels do you not consider it is because we are in the 4000's? surely we should expect levels to get harder the higher we get. We should expect levels to take more time. No one forces you to buy boosters or extra lives. Fed up of people moaning. If you dont want to play anymore just stop! Simples!

Hammer out the keys, get as many Licorice and Waffles down as you can, then fire off a couple of UFOs. If you have them...
am I the only one who is getting really fed up with this? Having the hardest time passing 1 level/day. This is not fun anymore. Been on this level for many days. Even started with colour bomb, and wrapped candy, still missing quite a few licoroce, which stop falling for 4 moves. Needless to say, I did not make this level. Posting for lucky board, which is all I seem to be doing

After collecting the keys, try to concentrate on getting the licorice first, then work on the waffles until the licorice starts dropping again. This worked for me.

This level absolutely sucks, I am sick of being stuck a week at a time. Games are meant to be fun - I will not use my boosters and I will NOT pay. King you are doing your players wrong. I’m done!
This is still ridiculous as soon as I post I pass so I end up staying around only to get stuck at the very next level. Its beg for a lucky board every single time!!!
