Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4146 Candy Crush Saga by Cookie
Level 4146 Candy Crush Saga is a multi task level, you have to clear the jelly and collect the licorice and popcorns. Having said that, if you clear the jelly everything else will be collected as the jelly is under the orders.
I won't try to give tips without boosters as I don't think it is possible. The best start is with a colourbomb/wrap combo and this only really works well if you have plenty of candies of the right colour spread around the board, especially in the middle.
The fist job is to collect the keys that drop from the dispenser in the top of the middle part of the board, this will unlock the bottom section so you can get to the blockers and popcorns.
Hopefully your original combo will collect most of the keys quickly.
Once the board is open you need to keep looking for those colourbomb combos and stripe/wrap combos to clear the blockers and licorice at the bottom of the board. There are some stripes and wraps dropping from the dispenser at the top of the board and these will usually grow the popcorns and quite often detonate the resulting colourbombs too, whether you want them to or not!
Although this level is not classified as a hard level it should be as it is almost impossible without using boosters.

Looks a lot harder now with the locked waffles.
Started with CB/wrap with nearly all the candies on board with the same color of the wrap (including the 3 among the popcorns.
That released the low popcorn and hammer released a secon popcorn that landed near the first.
Swithched the 2 CB on the second move.
It was easy from there.

Started with full stocking, followed above tip, got lucky to combine bottom CBs, finished on last move, tough one to be sure!
Started with Stripe from stocking. Hand switches with firmed CB. Gravy from there finished with 8 moves left. Good luck.

As usual people are saying how they used this and that to pass this level...So people like me who don't get all the goodies are expected to buy them. I don't mind a hard level...I work hard at trying to pass them but when it says you need boosters then it is not right that some people have special things for boosters. Now on third day and will not buy boosters as I know from experience they will just take them and you will win nothing,. I would just like to move on
Even Cookie seems to think that you have to have space dash/helmet/whatever to pass these levels now, which is disappointing.
I passed this level only using one hand swap, so it is definitely possible if you concentrate.
Obviously getting the keys as soon as possible is the most important thing. If you are lucky enough to get a wrap/stripe combo falling from the centre when you detonate it you might get another the same or possibly a third. In any case, when you have broken through and have got the colour bombs from the popcorn, use a hand switch to put them together. This takes the marmalade out and a layer of blockers and should give you enough of a start to get the orders.
I found that the wraps and stripes just kept falling and as long as you can keep detonating them you can pass.

UGH! Another crap level that you wont pass until they say you pass. *sigh
Why is EVERY level a "blocker" level now? Seriously ... a week to complete each level is stupid. Especially now that I can't get the booster robot from completing old levels, I have no boosters and often the levels aren't even completable with boosters - you just have to wait for that magic board. Why can't they make the levels enjoyable any more?
Tough level. I passed on my third attempt, added a color bomb, wrapped candy, striped candy, and a fish booster. The tips are right, powerful combinations are the way to go, and using stripe + wrap combinations in the bottom center open things up a bit and allow you to collect all the orders. Not that easy, even with full bot and regular boosters. Not enough moves to finish. Plenty of combos...cb’s detonate...not fun at all..waiting for a lucky board :-(

22 moves to remove 3 blockers, 48 jelly all hidden under licorice and others without boosters is NOT possible. Even starting with full boosters amounted to NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Therefore must wait for that lucky board.
I play this game to have fun but right now, this is no fun. HAve nothing to help me on this level. Not even close, and I can't understand how this level is not considered hard or impossible. The rules have changed, and therefore not able to restart to get 2 cb together. Very close to quitting as cc has taken the fun out of the game.... SAD!!!
The ONLY way I could pass this level was to first collect all the keys. I couldn't switch the sprinkle balls, ever, because they would always be taken out with an explosion from what dropped from the dispenser in the middle. So, after several combos from that drop (wrap + stripe), I used two saucers to clear the remainder. Finally passed, and glad that I did.

Ridiculous level! It's not even considered hard. Been on it a week now. Arghghgh!!!!!! It's all very well posting how to beat it with boosters, but I don't have boosters and that just defeats the object.
I read the advise of Cookie, but I had very few boosters available. So I proceeded trying to win without them. After a few dozen attempts I was getting nowhere. I dove into my sparse collection of boosters and pulled out one CB, one wrap and one bird. I passed the level on the first try.
It worked for me. Good luck to you.
