Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4157 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect the 9 cherries which are all on the board at the start of the game.
The first job is to collect the keys, if you can make a colourbomb early in the game you can use it to collect one or more, depending on the colour of the keys, otherwise you will have to work your way through the waffles to collect them.
The keys will unlock the licorice in the middle of the board and once unlocked you can remove it so that you are able to use combos to clear the candy curls holding back the cherries. Stripes and stripe combos are best as they will clear the candy curls and collect the ingredients at the same time. A double colourbomb combo is better still!
The waffles can be a bit of a problem if they get in the way of the cherries, but usually they can be cleared pretty easily.

Don't start with double colourbomb, it will release the cherries and waffles that will bolck your moves leaving you no chance to clear the candy curls in the main part of the board.
Wheel helped but I still needed 11 additional moves out of the 15 I got from the free wheel.
Although it is not marked as hard level, it is very hard.

I'm having such a tough time on this one. I have used the coconut wheel but it's never enough. You need to be very cautious with moves. Don't make a match to create a special candy unless you can use it.
Surprised at the lack of comments, got nowhere for 2 days, don't know how I earned it but had 1 pinata, took a chance, used it, done with 8 moves to spare, happily moving on! Happy New year all...

Full space dash, don't combine 2 CBs at the beginning, but hope to get two later. Wheel booster is a big help, but it still took many tries.
Seriously people how are you beating this level. iPad, no sd, no Bot, no stocking... played at least 60 times. Came within 1 cherry twice but I don’t even have any boosters left. Play SD twice daily to get my measly 2/3 hammers. Getting real sick & tired of spending day after day on the levels, only to beat it & get stuck on the next level. And oh joy, I’m sure tomorrow (Wed) will be a double episode. Thanks King, Happy New Year to you too
Everyone got a piñata before the New Year’s Eve as a gift. I used it to complete the previous impossible level.

I worked on this level all afternoon yesterday but had no luck destroying all the bottom candy curls. I guess I'll just have to stock up on hammers....
Started with a full stocking and a coconut wheel. Restarted till two keys were the same color so only one CB could get rid of them. Played very carefully and was lucky. Only needed one hammer to break the last bottom candy curl. Wheel really helps here.

If you have or can achieve SD by playing old levels,it's worth is to destroy the candy curls that block the cherries from falling. Tried without but always at least one or 2 cherries are missing as you can only hit them with stripe or wrap/stripe. Still the upper field stays difficult, fortunately you form here some wrap/stripe combos which helped much. It's difficult when all cherries are in the upper field, try to get rid of the first 3 or 4 cherries soon.
Wheel, wheel, the wonderful wheel has been a great help lately. And if I haven’t mention it, Thank you for this site!

I came close with no boosters but then I tried the coconut wheel and passed on the first attempt.
Only 48 days behind the leading pack of when they did this level!! That are all so difficult now!!! Get colourbomb and stripes but they always go sideways!! Lucky board needed or quitting time !!

Difficult, but interesting level. I found that adding the coconut wheel helped a little. Definitely make combinations and clear the ribbons as quickly as you can. Good luck everyone, thank you for the tips, and happy crushing!

Very hard level..you need a lucky board and boosters to pass. Game isn’t fair when everyone has different choices. Some have...some don’t....Waiting again for a lucky board :-(

Ok you win, I have been on this game for days and days and still not getting anywhere near finishing. These games are getting ridiculously difficult to pass and certainly not fun. I have used all types of boosters and still nothing. Really need HELP with this game. LUCKY BOARD PLEASE CC.
