Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4171 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4171 is an ingredients level, you have to collect the two cherries to complete the level.
All you have to do to collect the cherries is to clear the two cakes on the left side of the board and the ingredients will drop down to the exit.
First collect the keys as they drop on the right side of the board, this will unlock the two locked squares in the middle and allow the candies to drop through into the bottom half of the board. While you are doing this you can clear some of the layers from the blockers under the cherries. There's no need to clear the blockers completely as the two cakes will take off the last two layers to release the cherries.
Once you can make moves in the bottom half of the board you can start to make combos to clear the lower cake. A striped candy in the previously locked squares will clear the tricky section of the top cake.
Once the two cakes are gone it should be game completed. At the moment there are 27 moves but this may change in the future. The video below by Cookie starts with 27 moves but is completed in 20 moves without boosters.

The tips by Cookie are the way to go here. Make combinations, clear a few layers of the blockers below the ingredients, and knock out the cakes. Good luck everyone, thank you for the tips, and happy crushing!

Good job king, now it's impossible to pass the level with only 20 moves, except we got lucky board.
what the hell with the stripes candies, only drop vertical stripe candies, no horixontal one to hit the cake, that's make this level impossible.
Been stuck two days on this level. Everything just explodes by itself so I can't make any moves at all with special candies. I get 19 moves only so I'm not sure why some get more moves than others. I know they just waiting for me to buy boosters. About to delete this game it's nothing like it used to be.

Once again take the moves away, why do you change the game after its been created King??? For once keep it the same for everyone!
Not enough moves. Have to hit squares too many times and not enough opportunity. Disconnected board makes it impossible to clear cakes and blockers. I get cascades but they don't do anything for the cakes or left side..rarely do I get horizontal stripes to even try and clear cakes. Another set up to fail...the specials seem to blow each other up begore you can even use them and when you do, board is set up so they hit empty spots.

This is obviously doable but I guess only when the makers are ready. That sucks. No skill involved, not enough moves and impossible set up. I think I'm done with this now.
