Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4176 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4176 is a jelly level and you need a bit of luck at the start to get you going.
You need to clear your way to the bottom of the middle section in as few moves as possible so that you get candies into the outer sections where there is jelly and no candies.
Matches of three won't do this, you don't have enough moves, you need combos, especially wrapped candy combos. Wrapped candies will clear more blockers and waffles than any other special candy and they will also create cascades which you will need if you are going to clear this level without boosters.
Since there are only 3 colours on the board it is easy to make special candies and combos once the board is opened up a little and this is what you need.
Once the blockers at the bottom are gone the candies will drop through the portals into the sides so any specials you make in the middle can be dropped through to where you need them, so don't ignore the middle section once you can make moves in the sides, it may be better to make combos in the middle and drop them through rather than making matches of three in the sides.

CB combo to start, started a cascade, done with 16 spare moves
I'm guessing Cookie is a multiple lottery winner.
Used a switch to put two colour bombs together and done with 15 moves to spare.

Carol has given the ridiculously same advice for 2 years as has many others, " start with 2 CB"
Cookie's tips are the way to go here. Clear the chocolate right away, hack away at the blockers, make special candies and combine them. Wrapped candies are especially useful, as they create cascades and collect many jellies. Good luck everyone, thank you for the tips, and happy crushing!
With all the waffles falling double wrap combos in the bottom middle section are very helpful. Hard to get those last jellies on the bottom sides. dr
