Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4182 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4182 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level and at the time of writing it is a fairly easy level to pass. First you need to collect the keys, do this by making sideways stripes or stripe/wrap combos. This will also help to clear some of the blockers covering the jelly.
The keys unlock coconut wheels and UFO's at the side and bottom of the board. Don't worry too much about which way the coconut wheels move, just hit them with combos and let them go whichever way they want. Allowing the coconut wheels to go their own way usually works in your favour as they will often go in ways you are unable to move them, thus clearing more of the blockers and jelly.
The UFO's will likely be set off by cascades or combos and will usually finish off any jelly left on the board.

I enjoyed this level. Cookie's tips are right. Make powerful combinations (particularly color bomb + wrapped, wrapped + stripe, or wrapped + wrapped) to clear the way and collect the keys, and let the resulting cascades do most of the cleanup work for you. Not enough moves...need luck here now...can’t pass and boosters are limited....waiting for a lucky board :-(
Okay...I’m about done...to see comments posted that players passed this level and ended up with 35 and 37 moves left just 3 months ago and king has changed the moves to 23. Just when your pretty sure your going to pass the level..out of moves. CC took away the moves and then took away the bot...so unfair...boosters are becoming a hassle to collect since we can’t scroll back and we loose it if we fail to pass just 1 level. I’m waiting on a lucky board..if I use all my boosters waiting for the lucky board...I’m done. Getting to 4182 is an accomplishment...it’s no more of an accomplishment for me at 4182 or level 4600. I never expected to get this far. I’m 66, retired and played often...until,now :-(

Ridiculous! The closest I was able to get were 3 keys at the most, and most cases just one! :( I can why most people stop playing CC! I wish I had a long time ago.
I agree with most recent comments here about the ridiculousness of this level. You can either keep playing without boosters and wait for your lucky board...OR...you can start with a sprinkle/wrap combo (and this is the important part) the same color of wrap as the color of the licorice locked key. The key will be unlocked, turn into a wrap and blast key #2 which, if you are lucky, will open things up for key #3...and you are off to the races. Have fun!

Again, NO problem fixing this game, IF you have 35!!!!!! Fucking moves. Now they have reduced it to 19. No way in hell its easy now😠👺😡😠👺😡😠👺😡. You cant clear any space in that kind of moves. SO UNFAIR. BUT CC doesnt want any more players left here

Before I can make any strategic moves, no moves left since there are only 19. I have no words. Cookie should just go through ALL the levels because I can tell you, cookie, they all are different than your example. Every single one.
Posting for lucky board. This level is the worst. Not enough moves. They have really gotten skimpy with the number of moves they give you. It’s getting to be not very much fun anymore. Also the one thing that has bugged me from the very beginning is the fact that we only have five lives. It should be unlimited.
This is definitely crazy hard. Time for me to quit!,
