Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4210 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4210 Candy Crush Saga is a multi task level, you have to collect bombs and chocolate as well as clear all the jelly to complete the level.
To begin with try to make sure you clear some chocolate with every move so that it doesn't get the chance to spread, there should be enough on the board for the orders, but keep an eye on how much you need in case the level changes after these tips were written.
The bombs also are not a problem to collect as plenty will drop from the dispensers as you clear them, just make sure they don't count down to zero before you get them.
As always with jelly to clear you need to make the most powerful combos you can, colourbomb combos are always best and they are not too hard to make once you have the chocolate under control.

Do not get rid of all the chocolate on board. It needs to spawn for you to get the orders. Very frustrating. To get rid of bombs you need combos and combos also get rid of chocolate. Not getting anywhere on this level. Think it must be a lucky board game which I hate. CC will let me win when it wants to. Probably once I’ve used all my boosters.
The current version requires 55 chocolates but there are only 47 or so. These chocolates do not spawn. Completion as it is currently impossible.

I found one You Tube video that shows what chocolates do spawn. I haven't yet completed the level but it does appear from this video it is possible. Go to You Tube videos, Candy Crush Saga level 4210. Filter by last week or today to get the version with 55 chocolates needed. This may help.
One where it’s probably better NOT having the space dash. Took me a few goes but got there with two hand switches and a hammer.
The chocolates do not spawn, it grows, but only if you don't hit any on the previous move.
Unfortunately, cascades hit it nearly every move.
You need very limited moves in the top to let the chocolate grow.
But, be very careful for the countdown bombs.
On my first try cascades took all the chocolates before it grow.
In the second, I left smoe chocolates on one side and made few 3 candies moves in the top trying to keep the bombs under control.
Needed one hammer to remove countdown bomb.
But when I had enough chocolate, I left with only 4 moves.
I used the strongest moves I chould on the chocolates and left with 4 jellies so I blow the all board with party booster.

I think for the chocolate to spawn you have to remove the white on top of the chocolates.
Guys I went and played on laptop... 20 chocolate to collect not 55 like on my mobile!!

I have completed it... I started with full stocking kept clearing on one side while ensuring the bombs are kept under control... Easier said than done by doable.. Work on making combos as much as possible..

Another impossible level. The levels should be the same on all devices! Posting for luck (which is a joke) I have none.
I think every time there can’t be another IMPOSSIBLE level - well here it is! I don’t mind to work on a level for several hours but to do it over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over day in and day out is ridiculous. I will try a few more times tomorrow if I can’t conquer it I think I would be better off just to move on.

Got in 1 try. Just let the chocolate grow. Had to use only 1 switch in the end.
As 2sweet said above, played it on my laptop. Chocolate was still 20 moves. Had only half the stocking was able to pass on last move. Hurry and good luck!
On the PC only 20 chocolates needed!
On android also changed back to 20 chocolates. Easily doable now.
Did it on the laptop and only needed 20 chocolates. Started with full stocking plus 3 moves and lined up 2 CBs to start with. Had 18 moves left. Only 2 stars tho.

How is it fair that some people get 20 chocolates to clear and others get 55?? Something is drastically wrong with the odds here!

This level has to be one if the hardest, boring, frustrating levels we've had in a long time! I've been playing for 2 days with absolutely NO LUCK....!!

Classic example of why i don't come here much anymore. Totally different level here than what i have to deal with. The chocolate doesn't grow and there isn't enough on the board to start with. Just once i'd like to see the author here complete the level that the rest of us have to do. This one is a total joke.

This level is a real PITA! (pain in the a$$) Try starting without boosters. Don't worry, the game is set up to make stripes/wraps and CBs very easily. There comes a point where you have to "blow up" the board with a CB or stripe/wrap match. If I had one major tip to give it's to make sure some of the chocolate still has cream on it when you make a big more. If the chocolate with cream is located in different quadrants, even better. The big move clears many bombs and much chocolate, but it takes more than one hit to get rid of the chocolate with cream. Then it's just a matter of being very careful. You will probably need hand switches or hammers, I didn't have any, but I was lucky to spin for extra moves and I got the 5 extra moves I needed. Good luck!

Went with CB stripe combo to start and that left enough chocolate on the board to grow. Got another CB stripe combo but waited to use it until I had enough chocolate. Finally, used a couple of hand switches to take out two bombs. Had no hammers. Took me just two tries once I switched to that starting strategy

This is a super boring level. To go from 20 chocolates to 55 is a ridiculous jump. And if you happen to get the chocolates and even get rid of the bombs there aren't enough moves left to get rid of the jellies. Board is much to restricted, tired of seeing OOPS.
You need to clear as much of the board in the first two moves as you can but make sure you leave some chocolate so it can grow the extra nine pieces you need I added a colour bomb to full space dash to get a good start and had to hammer one bomb that was down to one count. Don't use fish, if you have only a few chocolate on the board ready to grow, the fish will target it.

This one is really tricky. You have to use special candy to remove the jelly and the bombs but be careful not to remove all the chocolate.

I'm going to cry. After being killed by bombs numerous times I finally managed to clear them so that those remaining were above countdown. I needed to grow just one more chocolate so I would have the 2 needed to complete the order. I made a move that didn't affect the single chocolate BUT a candy fell down from the sky and killed that chocolate . . . meaning that all the chocolate was off the board and I was unable to get the one that I needed.

Either the chocolate gets all knocked out and you get an oops. Oops or you cant control the bombs. Wish i had this game before it became impossible. Every move has to be thought out but i still can't do it.

I don't even think a so called lucky board would be much good unless you got loads of cbs as you go along to knock out bombs which have counted down too much
WOW! Don't despair it can be done. I did it on the first attempt!!! having read the comments on here and the description, "Nightmarishly hard level!" I thought I would be stuck here for a while. I let the chocolate build up and I worked out that I had 10 pieces on the board and 10 moves left. A couple of the bombs had counted down to - ONE! I had 2 wraps next to each other and one chocolate bomb elsewhere on the board. A few ribbons had started to appear. I then used someone's tip about making a big explosion. I just went for it. The 2 wraps combined and that lovely "Pinata" or "Party Booster" appeared and took over. It destroyed virtually all of the countdown bombs and completed nearly all of the orders required. I just had to sweat on matching up the last few jellies, as I had no boosters at all left. I just about did it and got 3 stars.

I did not get it on the first attempt but cost me a couple of tries. I try to make a colorbomb and a stripe next to it. No problem if you clear some chocolate but either leave one with white in it if you have not enough chocolate yet. I also needed 55 chocolates. clear some of the white at the beginning because only this one grows. When the countdown of bombs is at three I let explode the colorbomb with the stripe and very frustrating sometimes have one not reachable bomb left but finally this worked!

Found i was continually ending up with all CHOCOLATE gone coz FISH always finished them off. When stopped using FISH BOOSTER completed first go.... Think CHOCOLATE only grows when down to final levels of chocolate, at least that is what happened to me when i passed...

I found if you can clear the chocolate from the far left and right sides the bombs drop to the board and are easier to get. Then be careful to leave some chocolate as it only grows when you don't hit any.

Ok, I don’t like this level anymore after losing seems like a hundred tries. Keep getting the “Oops” box. I’m feeling defeated and tired of this. Cried me a River, please help.
Am I the only one who gets the Oops box? Because Cookie destroys chocolates but able to continue on the video, but when I do that “Oops” appears and ends my game. Also I noticed no other posts but mine mentions the Oops. Please help!
Cascading has killed me just about every time, if not that than a bomb. Not once have I ran out of moves. Come on lucky board.

Took me several tries but finally got to a point where I had a color bomb next to a wrapped, waited till all the required chocolate appeared and let loose.
CB combo cleared all choc but 4 and got most of the bombs collected. Needed 1 hammer at the end

I don't know if they made it easier or what but I passed on the first try. My primary strategy was to play primarily on the left side of the board (either one should work) and let the chocolate grow. Then I just blasted away.
