Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4231 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4231 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect the cherry and clear the jelly to complete the level. Although not classified as a hard level this can be really tricky due to the two kinds of chocolate in the bottom half of the board. Clearing one kind of chocolate doesn't stop the other from growing.
The only way to have any chance of completing level 4231 is to clear the chocolate as quickly as possible and to do this you will need colourbomb combos. Switch a colourbomb with a stripe or a wrap or better still another colourbomb and you will be part way to clearing the chocolate.
Above all else you must not let the chocolate grow along the middle row as this is where the candies drop from into the top section of the board, so if the chocolate blocks that row you won't get any more candies dropping into the top half of the board.
You don't need to worry too much about collecting the cherry as it will drop out of the exit as soon as the locked licorice is cleared and this has to be done as there is jelly under it.
If you clear the jelly the cherry will be collected so you should treat this as a jelly level and ignore the cherry.

I hate this f#*%ingenious level. I've never quit any other level this many times. I want out of this nightmare. I'm ready to uninstall. If I don't pass this pos game today I'm done. I reached my goal. Time to get a life. Anybody else notice all the software bugs lately? Crazy shit happens and not in my favor. Matches don't compute and I'm really feeling manipulated. Give me a break King. Just like everything else, you've lost out to greed at the sacrifice of quality and fair play.

Hate hate hate. I am filled w/hate for this level. I hate chocolate. I hate two kinds of chocolate. I hate stripe dispensers that randomly decide to stop dispersing stripes. I hate wasted boosters x 6 or 8. I hate never getting CB combos. I hate no bot, no stocking, no help whatsoever. I hate you Candy Crush! I hate you so very much. I hate you With the depth and breadth of hate you can only feel for things you once loved. I hate your entire existence. I hate the person that created you. I hate the people that performed the hateful act that resulted in the hateful birth of the creator of Candy Crush. I hate my own species for allowing for the maker of this game to continue to draw breath on the same planet I do. I hate that I’m so filled w/hate now. I hate puppies and kittens and all good things for having an existence that puts this level in stark contrast, highlighting the evil infused in the very code for level 4231. Of course, if I go back and pass the level now as oftentimes happens, I take it all back.
I hate this level for eating 5 more lives and making sure that if I get a CB I can’t save it to mix w/a stripe or wrap by ensuring that I have no moves except using the CB w/some worthless candy color and forcing me to eat sh!t yet again. I hate you for that, Candy Crush.

Tough level. It took me several attempts. I added a color bomb, striped candy and wrapped candy, and fish booster. Cookie's tips are correct, just very difficult to accomplish. You need to make as many combinations as possible, the two that did the most damage for me were a color bomb and striped candy very early in the level, then a stripe and fish midway through. Cleanup after that wasn't too bad, as the chocolate got eliminated early and most of the blockers were taken out by those two combinations. This is NUTS!
Level changed since I first started it from hard to extremely hard. Totally impossible to do even with boosters. I had quite a good run before this level but now perhaps time to call it a day and say goodbye CC and King. It would be a joke if all you had to do was to get the cherry out (achieved this only once!) but with the chocolate spawning like mad stand no chance of getting the jellies too. What a bloody nightmare level as it was hard enough when it was only ‘hard’.
I also hate this level. Just seems impossible. Starting to tire of the impossible levels. Ugh. Posting for luck.

Impossible to finish. Little moves for many chocolates that reproduce very fast ... Betting by luck, because it is very stressful.

Has anyone notices something funny going on with the sugar drops? I don't always seem to get a sugar drop when I get to the number (eg, I'm now at 67 out of 60 and still no sugar drop) - and I'm sure it's not giving me all the drops I should have - I could really do with the boosters on this horrible level!!

I have never seen chocolate multiply so fast! I’m at a loss as to how to pass this level - I have no boosters left at all :-(. I can’t even come close, keep having to exit out of the game once the chocolate takes over and no more candies drop. There’ve been many levels that took me days or weeks to get past but were fun. This isn’t one of them, I HATE this level! The chocolate multiplies too quickly and with no boosters, no bot, no anything it’s just impossible.
Watched the video for tips. What a farce! King got all the colorbombs and special candies at the beginning of the game. Can’t even get a colourbomb at all. I’m sick of this two tier game. Impossible to like the game anymore when you know that it is fixed and there is no skill involved. Waste of time!
Impossible. If you use moves to make special candies, the board is overrun by chocolate, if if you hit a chocolate. Not fun.

Have really lost interest in this game since the levels are now downright impossible, with no break in between hard levels. Such a waste of my time.
Losing the ability to reset the board was the last straw.

Finally got relatively close on this stupid level. Used a UFO booster....done. wish I had thought of it three days ago.

The only thing that finally worked for me on this horrible level was using a hand switch to get two color bombs next to each other. That plus a fish booster finally let me pass.
This game is awful I am not getting anywhere near getting through. I have played using boosters cb/stripe or wrapped candy and still nothing. As stated to get 2 cb together is impossible. Certainly not an easy game, should be classed as a ridiculously difficult game. These games are certainly not enjoyable. This is supposed to be entertainment so bring back the fun element. LUCKY BOARD PLEASE CC really need HELP.

It’s the best laugh I’ve had in weeks you had me in stitches, I’m no better off and don’t even complete a go now as you can see in a couple of moves what’s going to happen. If you’re still playing and moved on good luck, don't think I’ll be moving on any time soon. Well only to another better game.

This game Sucks!!!! Every level requires NO skill only luck! So what is the point in playing this game? All you do is move pieces around until you are out of moves....and then....DO IT AGAIN!!! This level is completely different on the pc. Only chocolates to destroy. The description by Cookie is not applicable. The producers must have changed the game.

Its a completely different board in 2022, no chocolate, fences, fences, fences, no chance. Im getting up to here with CCS
I don't understand why I don't get coconut wheels when there are cherries to be collected. I have over 45 because King never lets me use them! Another level that can only be passed by luck, especially when King doesn't play fair.

Level 4231 is absolutely impossible. I have noticed that the game has changed completely in the last few years. I think that they are trying to make us keep buying gold bars which I refuse to keep doing. Please tell me how one can pass this level this would be so appreciated.
