Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4242 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4242 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect licorice as well as clear all the jelly.
At the time of writing the moves have been reduced to only 18 and this has made it impossible to collect the licorice in time without using boosters.
The first job is to destroy the spawners in as few moves as possible before they get the chance to lock up the candies with licorice locks.
Once the spawners are gone you have to clear the jelly and at the same time try to get the licorice dropping. If you collect the licorice no more will drop the next move so you need to allow the maximum amount to drop before you collect any to give you the best chance of collecting enough.
You will probably need to use boosters of some kind to pass this unless you are very lucky.

Had full stocking Combo CBs and took out spawners and had 4 moves left on 1st try!Thanks Cookie for all you do!
Now down to fifteen moves. I thought some of the previous levels where impossible till I reached this one. Don't have access to stockings or bots whatever they are

I feel like I was crying wolf on all the other levels I said were too hard. How is anyone supposed to pass this in 15 moves??? This may be the level that makes me give up the game �� I don't even know what a lucky board would look like on this level!

THIS really sucks. I think it's impossible. Maybe a CB wrap combo. Otherwise.....I blew up the clocks but where was the licorice? 15 moves. S hit. Time to quit this game. Totally frustrating and IMPOSSIBLE.
At some point this game had 27 moves!!!! Now it's nearly half. King is seriously taking advantage knowing people (like myself) will get frustrated and start using all kinds of boosters to just get past this awful level. This game has really stopped being fun but I can't stop

Damm, dreading this level after reading comments! If you commented already about how hard this level is and since passed please leave some tips!
Passed on 1st try starting with 26 moves, looks like King listened to comments from February and increased moves for us playing this level in early March. I used cn wrap combo to start which took out top spawner then just kept making combos which was easy. Keep your eyes on licorice count
Had 20 moves & passed on 3D attempt without boosters. Took out the 2 spawners & the rest just fell in place. Did have a couple of wraps site by side I usually send at least a day on each level these days. I have no “full bots”,as y’all call them & cannot reset anymore. You just have to have a lunch board 🙃

Don't have full stockings. Not enough moves. Hoping for a lucky board.
Got it first try with double cab. Then had a couple of wraps near spawners. Stripes were made to get the few more licorice. Doesn’t usually happen for me so I’ll take this gift and move on.

Is King actively trying to get rid of players? I've thought other levels were ridiculous but this one takes the cake. I'm on day three and haven't gotten close.
Can't even come close to getting enough black licorice things! There aren't even enough available on the board! How can anyone pass this??

Why oh why do I keep playing this game ??? I have played this at least 100 times with all the boosters available. Is it even possible?
