Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4246 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4246 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level and you only have 20 moves to do it.
The fish from the fishing floats will be really helpful, but to get the most from them you need to hit the floats with combos. Stripe/wrap combos are the best ones to use so look for chances to make these whenever possible. Obviously a double colourbomb combo is going to be good too, but it is much harder to make this than a stripe/wrap.
You don't need to worry about the ingredients, concentrate on clearing the jelly and the ingredients will drop out of the exits without any help.
You will need several good combos plus a bit of luck to clear all the jelly and complete level 4246, but it is possible to complete it without using any boosters as the video below shows.
Overall not an easy level with so few moves.

Had a full stocking and started with combo CB. Then picked up a wrap and cb and done with 12 moves to spare.

Surprised about so few comments. I'm stuck here for 2 days. I tried also 3 times with a full stocking, starting with a double CB combo, but nothing. It's not only a good start. You need a lucky board. The moves have been reduced to 18. With a restricted start of 2 lines, if you are not able to make combos, the life is gone without being able to progress.
Boring and frustrating. Even if I've been quite there.

All the cherries are blocked now. I can't even get close after 50 lives...
Even with full spacedeck or ribbons...
I switched 2 color bombs.. .from there it was pretty easy

This is a bullshit video.. all my cherries are caged and need to be de-caged before falling... BUT surprised that this video actually starts with the 20 moves we have.. seen same video with 30 movies...!

Wasn't going to mess about. Had a bot booster, threw in all 3 boosters at the start, and luckily the 2 colorbombs were together. A couple of moves later I got a strip/wrap, and just had a few jellies left to pick off. Finished with 6 moves remaining.

Wow,tough levrl! Since i had no boosters to start and failed several tines i went back plsyed lower level to collect special candies thus boodters. Im ready to give it a go using sll boosters available to me. What i can tell you it takes constant combos to get a shot beating. It takes more thsn luck u beed to look for moves to make combos however im askibg for help also
No luck using boosters to starr then on my 4th try with no start up boosters i played with none. With 2 jellies remaining i spun lucky wheel and won 5 xtra moves beating it with 2 moves to spare

finally got a lucky board! i didn't use any boosters and I made a cb and a stripe on the first move. but it destroyed itself right away. it must have done something good though from the cascade. after that I made a few combos and the fish really helped. all of a sudden there was only 1 jelly and 1 move left. I could not get the jelly with the last move but luckily I had one last hammer left and I used it.
COME ON!!!!! has anyone else had the same problem, tried for ages used all my lives cleared board but the 7th cherry had disappeared so wouldn't let me finish the game. Definitely need a lucky board please as doing it normally didn't work

Should have won on first try. clear all jelly but no cherry ever appeared. I was robbed !!

Putting cages round the cherries has made this a whole different game. No way this can be done without a high degree of luck.
