Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4299 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4299 Candy Crush Saga is a score level, you have to get 620,000 points to complete the level and this has become much harder with so few moves.
First you need to uncover the wraps each side of the board near the bottom, these wraps will collect the keys and unlock the bombs, hopefully without detonating the coconut wheels.
Once the bombs are unlocked you need to use the colourbombs to clear them, so you don't want to lose the colourbombs too early. The only way to get the score needed is to clear the bombs using the colourbombs. Look very carefully at the colour of the bombs beside the colourbombs so that you can get the maximum number of bombs with the colourbombs. If you can do this you should be able to get the score needed.

I do not understand how to win this game.
Same here. Problems- not enough bombs, coconut wheels & wraps set off colour bombs so can't get the score. Fish clear bombs as well so even harder. Really bad level.
I started with CB combo but did not get enough points. Next game I used CB for bombs and scored plenty to pass.
Posting for luck. I don’t see how you get enough points since no more bombs drop. Each time I’ve played I’ve got less points. I hate levels like this that strictly depend on a good board. Good luck everyone.
Do not, repeat, DO NOT let any stripy hit the inverted lollipops to release fish! Tried this strategy after second post stated fish gobble up bombs. Finished on 2nd try. Started with a choco ball to release keys. 624k

Absurd level, player has no control over what happens. Very little choice on moves, stupid fish set off coconut wheels, game over because the color bombs get set off, bombs gone, no way to achieve the score. Going to be stuck here awhile. Not enjoying this. Barb

Do NOT start with double colour bomb! Use colour bombs to hit the bombs individually, that will give you the points
I nearly had it first go but instead of using a hand switch to pass I thought I could do better, so nearly 40 games later I'm stuck, I know I need to detonate the bombs for the points but so far coconut wheels are ruining it for me, PFL
Had to buy 10 extra moves and then still used hand switches to make points, this is just a rip off level devised to deplete all of the boosters we have, beginning to dislike this game more and more!
Another crap level. Once the bombs are gone, so goes the ability to score major points. This level should have a ✅ booster to Enable us to get more bombs. The only booster worthwhile is color bomb and hammer. Good luck!

530,000 is the closest I could get. Do not try to explode and activate everything on the board at once, do it step by step - best result.
Boosters got rid of too many points, so I started with no boosters. Couldn’t do what others said, CB taking out bombs, until finally a lucky board gave me ribbon boxes. Terrible level.
Finally got it on day 2, only starting booster was a CB from video spin, no strategy, once the bottom opened things just started exploding, had more than enough points with moves to spare, proof lucky boards exist!!

Started with CB and stripe/wrap combo. No strategy, just got lucky. Had over 60000+ pts with 7 moves left. Got all 3 stars. Pure luck! It was a tough one! Good luck.

Writing a letter to the MD of Chubb locks for luck.
After a few tries I got lucky. A bomb hitting only 2 same colors (with one bomb right next to it) gave a LOT of points. Was down to needing about 5,000 with no good moves left so did a switch with a coconut wheel and licorice which so I could use the wheel. Not a high score but good enough for me. GL all.

Ugly and tricky. I think the only way to get it is as Cookie wrote, thanks for the advice... After numerous attempts with all boosters (I had from winning a contest), I removed the jelly from the wraps left and right in the bottom (remark: both wraps had the same color). Then I made another CB with using a switch hand and let both wraps explode to get all keys. At this point I already had around 500K and in the end it was somehow sufficient to reach 530K. Still I don't understand completely how it works reliably to win the level.

Tired of stuck on a level a week then beat it to go on to another impossible level !
The shoots for the striped candy on bottom of board and top corners are useless. They don't give you any stripes or candies. Pure luck is what I'm waiting on now. The donut holes can't be accessed by choice. So all a matter of waiting, boring, but I'm almost at the finish line. Can't try on other devices either. My tablet stopped at level 4200

Im a month or 2 behind players who posted here so im hoping King made adjustments to this level by now, hoping for a friendly board
With no starting boosters reaceded the rarget score with 8 minutes left and no bombs. I was lucky to make several color bombs without trying which is how I won the game. I really believe it takes a lucky board minimal skill
Colorbomb/wrap on first move, and by 2nd move I hit target. May be lucky, IDK.
Why do we keep losing our bots? I go to sleep with a string of them, and next day I'm back to step 1.
Tough level, it took me four tries and it was easier without boosters. Getting the points is highly dependent on not detonating the color bombs incorrectly, and certainly not releasing the fish until you have enough points. Combinations seem to eat away from the point possibilities. You have to slowly and deliberately clear the keys and collect the color bombs against one color at a time, you need to clear as many countdown bombs with the color bombs as possible (and NOT with other methods), as more bombs aren't dropped onto the board (just regular candies). I passed it really easily once I realised what I was supposed to be doing. I didn't understand Cookie's advice, but it is spot on.
I was so focused on getting the first key at the bottom in the middle that I missed thinking about the wraps. There are two wraps either side underneath the keys and hidden by marmalade. Get some stripes to come down the centre and hit these and the game practically plays itself.

I am not seeing how to maximize points. Start off good and think I'm going to make it then all of a sudden I am only accruing a few points with each move. Lucky board please!

I added a fish booster and several times combined one with a stripe or wrap. The moves are quite limited until you can collect the keys. I hit the floats several times and when I got a CB, made moves around it until there was a candy the same color as a key. I didn't start with a CB but if you do, I would suggest using it to collect the key in the top left corner. I wasted several moves collecting it. Good luck.

Now I'm totally confused.... I played a similar game to the video Cookie left & I was delighted when this time, nothing exploded.So I used the bombs provided when the keys were gone, on one color bomb (from those at the bottom of the board) at a time. This is where I thought my score would rise but it was nowhere near the total score needed!! I am really angry & don't understand how to pass this level now, maybe I need to quit before this game drives me crazy. I definitely need a lucky board... please.
