Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4323 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4323 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you will definitely lose some lives and maybe even sleep before you pass it unless you have lots of luck and some boosters.
You will need at least one colourbomb combo and probably more, but these are not easy to make as there are 5 colours on the board and not much space to make combos, especially to begin with. The hardest squares to clear are the two in the corners with licorice on top because every time you clear the licorice more will drop down unless you can hit it with a combo. If you can do this you will have one move without licorice to clear the jelly. The licorice drops from the dispenser above the top right square and drops through to the bottom left.
Colourbomb/stripe combos give you the best chance of clearing these two jellies as there is a good chance they will be hit multiple times which will clear the licorice and jelly.
You could try using a jelly fish booster which may be useful in clearing those tricky licorice squares.

As Cookie said, the hardest squares to clear of jelly are the upper right and lower left corner squares. When they are not occupied by licorice, clear them right away with hammers or use the fish, otherwise licorice will cover them again and even if you clear the licorice, another one will occupy it again and again. I completed this before Cookie's tip was available and learned it the hard way.

I see no way to complete this level. I don't have a bunch of hammers to take out the corners. This is, without question, the hardest level I have ever tried. Not sure I will ever get passed it. I think they need to remove the licorice to make it do-able.
My game updated this morning to add the chest/keys goals. Although the level is now classified as "regular" I do not see any changes. WTF!!
Update: Passed it. I had a full Lovely Letters booster and supplemented with fish boosters. Refreshed until I got the perfect board: Double wrap near the lower left corner, AND double color bomb far away - not affected by exploding the double wrap. The double wrap cleared the lower left jelly. Followed with double color bomb to clear the board. Once I was down to the end and hit the upper right with a stripe to clear the licorice, out of abundance of caution I used one hand-switch to match the fish rather than just making a match using a move. Too paranoid that the licorice would drop otherwise!
Please, please help! Cannot get this level. Please help!

As Cookie said I could experience by myself the dificulty of the the corner squares with double jelly under licorice. Without boosters it's quite impossible. I passed it with 3 hammers. I had a good board with a CB/stripe combo with 12 moves left, the board complete open and just few jellies on the main space. The corner squares required the 3 hammers and then I completed the rest without problem.
I don't see passing this level ever....when I hit the upper right corner, a licorice replaces it immediately, so I don't even have a chance of hitting it again...I have no boosters, so forget this game...it's fruitless, a total waste of time...

Started with a double CB plus fish, but NO EFFECT for the corners... still the same jellies.... And the first fish ate no jelly in the 2 corners,too. Could later manage a double wrap in the left bottom corner - but hitting them together did not remove even one jelly again... But fortunately a second fish ate a jelly later in each corner then and a fortunate stripe hit again each corner. So with this enormous luck plus important fish the level was done (had only some unimportant jellies left which were no problem).

Fish booster coupled with luck on the last move did this one for me. Also I had a colourbomb from the pet to start. I think the fish is the only way to get it, but you'll still need good fortune to get the last 2 jellies.
Rediculously hard. Been stuck on this one for ages. No boosters left, no way to build a bot anymore. Just have to play the waiting game until that lucky board comes along.
I've used everything I've had and have nothing left so it looks like I will be staying here forever or maybe just quit and threatening to do that but maybe it is time
First of all the moves have been cut second of all videos don’t count I red boosters used

This is not classified as hard level let alone super hard level U can not get the corners when I ,are a combo to clear a licorice falls this is without a doubt the most boring rigged level I’ve run into so far it’s not even fun or Interestimg it’s too bad king decided to make impossible and boring I use proby 50 free boosters with no luck those were won so it just affirms not ever buying boosters And when I somget a combo right next to the corners it doesn’t clear it

CCS level 4323 is the worst s the tutorial says unless you have lots of luck and some boosters. Well I have no LUCK or BOOSTERS all used up in no time. Please send some LUCK my way and Boosters f available.

This game was fun when it required some planning and strategy. It is now totally screwed up. When it states "relax" (you have to be joking). Please put it back as a realistic challenge. This is crap and I've shifted to "cookie jam".

This is my first comment on any of these levels. Normally you have an inkling of a possible way to win a level, but with this one maybe if you spend $1000 to get unlimited moves you might have a chance. Maybe more than $1000, not sure. Not going to test the theory.
Update: I managed to break through 2 candy curls in the same game! I’m heading to Vegas!!!

Agree with most comments posted as this level is very hard and doesn’t seem to operate the same way all the time! Need some help as have wasted my boosters trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t!

What a horrible level. Somehow it's impossible to clear the corners 😆. Anyway...it is strategy zero time again. Waiting AGAIN and AGAIN for a pass. And i guess it is going to be a long wait. The persons who develop these kind of levels need to think over why they keep coming up with this stuff. Unreal and not fair at all 👎👎👎👎
Is there an error in this level???!!! Why is it that when you destroy a licorice a new one pops up. Chance of passing ZERO. Thank you king for this ridiculous level. Always fun to play countless times and waiting for you to give players a pass. Great job 👍

Why do the videos posted ALWAYS have more turns than I get. Starting to frustrate me. With this video they have 28 tries... I have 26. It doesn't sound like much, but I literally needed one more move to win!!! UGH!

I play on the PC. This level demands I destroy 128 jelly with 21 moves. That computes to 6.095 jelly per move. I usually accomplish about 3.095 per move. Thus I will be here for a long, long time. (unless I suddenly am granted many more drastically needed moves).

This is a different board than what I have on facebook and on my phone. Have to get 142 jellies in 13 moves, no conveyor, no licorice. It is classed as a hard level. There are blockers over most of the board.
My board has no resemblance to this….game isn’t any fun when there’s zero chance of winning.

A year later, same stupid board.. 142 jellies and 13 moves.. impossible. the best I attained was 11 jellies left. Can't do.. and I am not buying boosters. Never have and never will.
