Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4360 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4360 can be a tricky level to pass and you will need a bit of luck too.
First you need to collect the first key, which will set off the stripes in the middle at the bottom and these will unlock the blocker which is stopping more keys from dropping. But at the same time as you are collecting the key you need to be making sideways stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear as many waffles as you can. You won't get enough waffles to complete the orders by relying on the stripes at the bottom, it is important that you collect as many as possible while working on collecting the keys.
Once the blocker is unlocked you need to clear it so the rest of the keys can drop. Each key unlocks another section along the bottom and the final key will unlock the UFO.
Before the UFO is unlocked you will have stripe/wrap combos and you will have to make the judgement whether to switch them or wait for a while. This decision will be made depending on how many waffles are on the board, if there are not many waffles it is a waste to use the combos and the UFO so as long as you have some moves left it may be worth making more combos until the sides are filled up with waffles so that it is worthwhile switching the combos. The combos will set off the UFO too and if there are not many waffles in the sides this may not place the wraps in amongst them.
This level needs a bit of planning and judgement to get it right.

Couldn't work this one out until I used a checked marker. First pop! But waited until I had 10 shots left to set of the yellow boosters!
I'm starting with the Lucky Booster, too, but I have come nowhere near collecting all the required waffles.

Passed this level after posting above comment. After collecting all but the last key i used hammer to set off UFO bc i had just 5 moves left and enough waffles to complete level and it worked !
Cookie's tips are spot on. Thankfully, I came into this level on a bit of a streak, so I had a partially built bot and could combine special candies right away (making key collection easy), and set up combinations to hit the waffles while collecting the keys, then easily finished it off the same as Cookie, with a stripe + wrap in one of the corners hitting the UFO once I was down to 15-20 waffles. I concentrated on collecting the keys until everything but the spaceship was released. Then I set them off once the blockers were quite full. Then I got the key for the spaceship and set that off once they'd built up again. So glad to pass this level at last
Can't control the bottom row. Looks like they can be used individually, but they all go off at once, preventing strategy for knocking out the waffles as they appear. Read the hints, but not getting right drops got combos. Trying not to be frustrated.

Where are all these waffles???? Not enough moves and i guess i am one of the happy few that doesnt get a pass when i am looking at the few comments.....
I give up for today...pretty tedious level and impossible for me to pass...don't know why...ššššš

If you happen to have a space dash, start with that. Waffles will fill up again as you collect the keys. Then use the space dash on the board to clean up the rest of the waffles

Again.... I hv less moves, only 24. And i noticed on my board, the waffle doesnt automatically drop even there is empty space below (as shown on the video). Everytime i almost clear the waffle i hv to wait the waffle to drop and it means i hv not enough moves. So what's wrong with my board KING? Am i the one who git different board? Very unfair

This is a tough one, trying not to set off special candies/UFO too soon; I've managed to hold off on that bottom row, but still never seems to be enough waffles when they are my last resort. Help, please!

Concentrate on making stripes and clearing waffles while collecting keys.
Finish off using the bottom combos/UFO when there are lots of waffles filled in and you have already destroyed 20 of them.

This level is poxy! Nowhere near enough moves and the waffles do not fall down and the UFO shoots in the wrong place. What a fix! Boring as hell
