Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4491 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4491 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect mystery candies and clear the jelly to complete the level.
As usual when there are mystery candies involved you will need a fair amount of luck to complete this level.
First you need to collect the keys to unlock the dispensers along the top of the board. The mystery candies will drop from the dispensers into the middle part of the board.
This is where you need the luck, if the mystery candies turn into blockers in the squares under the dispensers you will struggle to clear them and no more mystery candies will be able to drop through.
Look for special candies and combos around the outside of the board to collect the keys and then to change the mystery candies. If you get combos in the middle part of the board switch them together to change more mystery candies and clear jelly.
The hardest jellies to clear are the ones on the right under the multi hit blockers and the best way to clear these is with stripe/wrap combos, but with luck you will also get some fish from the mystery candies and these will usually target the jellies on the right once all the other jelly is cleared.
Level 4491 can be very tricky if the mystery candies don't give you what you need, but if they are good to you it can be cleared fairly easily.

Struggling big time on this level. No where near enough lucky candies drop.
My Lucky candies are pretty much always turning into blockers. There is no way for Lucky candy to fall from the dispensers as they are plugged.
Starting with Boosters doesn't seem to help.

I did really well on this last attempt. I only needed 26 Lucky Candy to pass. YAY

I played this level twice, struggled the first time, found it much easier the second time, primarily from getting better mystery candies and combining them. You must collect the keys early with special candies that aren't too difficult to form. Once the keys are all collected, focus on releasing and collecting the mystery candies, which will frequently make stripes and wraps, which are combined to keep the party going. Combining a special candy with either a fish or coconut wheel created by a mystery candy if you can is extremely helpful. Good luck everyone, thank you for the tips, and happy crushing!

Lucky board needed
first time I have been back looking for help in prob 40 levels. this seems hopeless.
Most stupid thing i did to registratie my account to king. No pinatas anymore, Beside that, most thing changes. Suddely i Am also on the beginning, level one, Haha , no way. So fed up. Beside that, i game So far on this level, i can still play iT, but the fun is far away. Playing less this game becomes easier than i thought.. more and more i understand the players who leave this game. You start as a player every day and you end as a player sometimes, than you end up as a player who stops forever. Like most players. Games enough in the world.
Finally finished this level after untold attempts. Don't bother adding boosters because it doesn't seem to matter either way. I found the far right blockers hardest to clear so hit them whenever possible.
