Candy Crush Saga Level 4521 Tips and video

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4521 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4521 Candy Crush Saga is a multi task level, you have to collect waffles, clear the two cakes and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
You need to concentrate on clearing the cakes to begin with, forget about everything else and work on doing that one thing and the rest will be easier.
The candies drop through the portals from the bottom left to the top right, so working in the right side of the board will create cascades which will help to clear jelly and maybe even the sections of cake on the left side. You can't make matches beside the cakes until the candy curls are gone, but you can hit them with combos so look for stripe combos and stripe/wrap combos to clear the cakes faster.
Once the cakes are cleared you will be able to clear the waffles and jelly much easier and the board will be more open so it will be easier to make combos too.
At the end of the game you could get some very long cascades so don't give up if you are running out of moves and still have jelly to collect, use a colourbomb or a wrap to get the cascades going and this could well complete the game for you.
In the video below I stopped the game during the final cascades as I had completed it and didn't want the video to go on indefinitely.

If the level you play is different from the one here it is because the developers have changed it since I played and I have no control over this. Please let me know on our FB group and I will try to change it.

Start with CB/Strip combo.

Got lucky with CB/wrap combo, finished with 10 moves to spare, as noted, needed to stop cascade too!

I had a problem, I cleared all of the waffles from the board only to find out some more needed to be created so I could clear the total of 60.

Too good to be true...I started with a color bomb combo then the level played itself, done in ONE move ;););)

Fun level, provided that you have passed at least two levels prior to this one without losing a life. I came in with a color bomb, striped candy, wrapped candy, and 3 extra moves. Challenging, but accomplished, on my first attempt without viewing Cookie's blog. Make special candies to strike the candy ribbons and cakes, start with the lower right quadrant if you can, the cascades will help. Cookie's tips and the supporting video help a lot.

The video posted by Cookie shows 20 moves to start with and was completed on the last move. As usual, it was a lucky board. Now there are only 16 moves. Shame on King for reducing moves and adding obstacles to the very same levels others have already completed. The greed and money grabbing continues. For this reason alone, I refuse to spend any money on this game and will wait for that lucky board. I would love to offer tips, but at this point in time it seems luck rather skills is needed to complete the levels.

Please send lucky board!! By now everyone knows how to play this very boring type of level. The problem some of us if not most is there surly isn’t enough moves unless you are being fed with lucky combos. All in Candy Crush and King will decide when you get to win. It’s so unfortunate that this game has went from skill to luck since the beginning, maybe that was intentional all along. I don’t know how you will be playing because you’re obviously still playing but I will continue to play regardless of the infamous lucky board. The best way to play is with no paid for boosters only the 1 or 2 you receive from playing and you will pass eventually. Good luck to all the players that are still playing, we are going to need it. Once again please, please posting for a lucky board.

I don't mean to sound unappreciative but to say just start with a combo is a bit simplistic. You can no longer reset the board to get boosters side by side and there are very few moves to get so many items. Posting for luck as I have no boosters left.

With only 16 moves and without any boosters (all used to get past the previous level) this becomes a very difficult adventure. It is hard to make anything except a "three in a row" which does help destroy the candy cane barrier. But 16 moves go quickly. So I settle in for another few days of struggle before a gift develops......

I made mine the words of the previous player. If it was difficult with 20 moves, what to say about only 16? the answer is a nice board, pls

This level is a joke. Used all boosters, some not even worth it because of where they’re placed. Not even used. A regular things but honestly, 16 moves. Not enjoyable
