Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4564 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4564 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level with a very restricted board, but there are only 3 colours so it is fairly easy to make the special candies you need such as wraps, which are the best.
The main aim should be to collect the keys which drop from the dispenser in the top left section. To get the keys to drop you need to clear the licorice in the bottom section and this will leave space for them to drop through the portals.
As well as keys you will also get bombs dropping from the dispenser which have a countdown of only 3 moves so it is imperative that you get these bombs destroyed quickly.
As you collect the keys the yellow candies will be unlocked and will drop down beside the frog and grow it by stages until it is full. Once the frog is full use it to clear the jellies in the top left section.
By the time the frog is grown you should have cleared the jellies in the bottom section so hopefully you will have completed the game.
The moves have been reduced to only 12 so although the video below starts with 15 moves it is completed in less than the 12 now available.

Funny, no comments yet. Yep, it's tricky.... restricted board, 3 second countdown bombs, plus the middle row of licorice is guarded by the candy curls ~~ so the curls need to be cleared before the licorice is cleared so the keys and/or bombs drop. In 12 moves. Zero boosters here. Old school hard.
Had a few goes and didn't even get close, bombs kept exploding. Used a colour bomb and stripe/wrap, reset until colour bomb was next to wrap and passed easily first go
Cannot stop the bombs.

Firstly - yes, with 12 moves it's a mere luck level, therefore the CB-wrap is the correct shortcut to win this level, after 10 attempts without success chose this successful way, too.
Secondly - take care, the frog is fat aftet a while (and can be moved) but DOES NOT BLINK (so take care that you use it)

I had a glitch where I collected all the keys, and I could never get the frog to move. I had this beat if I could have moved the Frog

Cookies tips are spot on but KAZ plays too darn fast for me to follow. Video is supposed to help but not at Kaz speed-----we know Kaz is a pro but quit showing off.
