Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4609 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4609 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect the one cherry and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
The cherry has to travel down through all the portals down each side of the board, so all the blockers and licorice have to be cleared in order to collect the cherry. To clear the sides of the board you need to make combos as it isn't possible to clear these spaces using normal matches. Colourbombs are not too hard to make but you need to switch them with a stripe or another colourbomb to have any effect on the blockers in the sides of the board.
As you are working on the combos to clear the sides you should also be clearing jelly and chocolate in the middle of the board.
There are only 4 colours on the board so it is fairly easy to make the special candies and combos needed to complete the level.

Surprised that there are no comments here! How do I clear the very last licorice on the bottom right of the board to let the cherry drop? I can’t seem to find a combo that will reach it.
Same problem getting bottom right licorice, got lucky with a wrap/stripe combo lowest middle column, a hammer will get it as well!
Impossible to get the bottom right licorice especially when your out of boosters. Lucky board please. Thank you. 🤗

Passed on my first attempt (viewed the blog first this time as it was a hard level and looked particularly challenging when it loaded on my screen), with the benefit of two bot entry boosters (color bomb and striped/wrapped). I looked to make combinations early: used a color bomb and striped candy combination early, followed soon by a double color bomb combination (which cleared all but one of the remaining licorice, many of the blockers and chocolate, and dropped the cherry to the middle of the right hand column). I then looked to finish off the chocolate quickly, and form special candies. Wrapped candies kept detonating before I could move them to the bottom and place them next to a striped candy while I was clearing the rest of the blockers and chocolate, finally got one set up - it has to be on the bottom row inside the fence, or the right most column inside the fence, to strike the licorice in the bottom right hand corner. If you cannot set up a wrapped + striped candy combination on the bottom row, it requires a double color bomb combination, or a hammer (or hammers) to finish off the licorice and collect the cherry. The bottom right licorice is impossible. The only way I see to clear it is with a double chocolate sprinkles ball and that's not forming. Gotta just play my five lives and come back tomorrow for hopefully a lucky board
Double CB or Stripe + Wrap along outermost column or bottom row will hit the last licorice in bottom right corner. However, I hit the damn thing w/a hammer... even though I had 12 moves left. Just impatient. Hehe!

Got fed up and used the hammer...
Thought I finally had it. Had one move left with that licorice on the bottom left the only thing left...hit it with a hammer but the cherry still didn't fall :( Posting for a lucky board I guess.
What an absolute skank of a level, nearly every time I've played it I've ended up with the bottom right liquorice and even with loads of moves left I've never managed to clear it,just trying to get you to buy extra moves/boosters!

I had the cherry in the bottom right corner box and it would not fall. All the left and right columns were empty. I even tried to hit it with a hammer and it wouldn't fall. What do I have to do?
Really struggling I cannot clear the bottom right blocker no matter what I try I would really appreciate a lucky board before it drives me mad otherwise I can't see me ever doing it please help

This is another ridiculous level, we hv to make combination colorbombs and stripes pr wraps candies and....it’s not hard to make combos, yes...it’s true, but even i combined colorbombs and the stripes it never hit the blocker especially at the top side, the candies always scroll down and my combos stripe candies never hit the top side. It means....the board is specially design for all the players not to win. This is stupid!

There must be some secret as to how that fruit falls. There seems no rhyme or reason or anything logical. Totally empty boxes underneath it and it doesn't move until all of a sudden it does. Any heads up would be appciated.

Most of the board will be cleared in ample time. But the right side top and bottom jelly are the problem. The only way I got them was with double colorbombs. There may be other ways (hammers) but I did not have access to them. The colorbombs did it for me.
