Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4611 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4611 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect three ingredients to complete the level, this is made harder by having crystal candies on the board, although crystal candies don't stop you from switching candies they do make it harder to clear candies and licorice.
The first two ingredients will drop down to the exits when the licorice and locked stripes below them are cleared and these can be cleared by matching beside them or switching candies under the crystal candies. The third ingredient will drop as soon as one of the first two is off the board. It is very hard to make colourbombs and other special candies and combos because the board is very restricted to begin with. However you do need to look for chances to make combos whenever you get the chance.
Avoid switching the ingredients to the outer columns if you can as it is harder to collect them from there although it may help to switch them towards the middle of the board.
The video below is made using a colourbomb but only because it was on the board from a competition and couldn't be switched off although it did help a little. The video still shows the strategy for completing the level.

Why can you only get a cb if you complete a NEW level? Before you could go back and play a lower level 7 times and get a full load ( 2 cb's, pillow/stripe, extra moves, etc) now you can't. And the next day they disappear. This really stinks. Anyone else having this trouble?????
I don’t like the new change either, but my sister who lives in NC never got the special boosters like we did. Also they now changed the specials to just the new games, she doesn’t get them either. The part that is good, if you lose a new game they only take away one at a time, they don’t all disappear at once. No, we can’t use them on the older games, but I’m ok with that.
Amazing, YouTube videos on this level 13 days ago. Still waiting for my iPhone to get the new level...... but this blog is not connected to the makers of the game, nor Apple that releases the updated levels. I glad there is this site to assist in the solving of tougher aspects of the game.
Where can you find this level? It’s not on my tablet or my windows 10PC?
This level is why I loved playing before the permanent possible double CB via bot came. Played this level, first did not understand it completely, got better and better (3 times only one cherry left one candy away from the exit) and when I have beaten it (without any booster or help) I won with 7 moves left. Its diligence somehow. Why does everyone only want to rush through? I never understood why players preferred to repeat old sugar drop level hundred times in order to win the normal games quickly instead of repeating new levels until won.... I won 4611 levels until now, so I presumably will win the next ones, too....
Interesting level, Cookie's tips lay it out well. Do what you can to remove the licorice, make special candies, then combine them. The locked horizontal stripes are helpful, and can be combined with a special candy that you drop on top of them. I passed on my first attempt, before viewing the blog, with the benefit of two entry boosters (color bomb and striped/wrapped). Good luck everyone, thank you for the tips, and happy crushing!
This game is flawed. You cannot make anymore moves and you lose your game because of the crystal. It's not fair.

Very unfair board, video shown 25 moves and start with the combos. Starting with the colorbombs is helpfull in very restricted board. And now moves has been reduced to 22. Hmm....it’s shd be remarked as hard level!.
Cannot make stripe candies or special candies need more moves or help please.
