Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4642 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4642 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to clear the spawner at the bottom of the board and collect waffles and licorice to complete the level.
The hardest part of this level is clearing the spawner at the bottom of the board, it is easier to get to it if you collect the keys fairly quickly. The keys drop from the dispensers at the top right and left corners of the board and more than one will drop at one time. The keys unlock the square above the spawner which make it easier to clear, although it is possible to fire combos across this square to clear the licorice below as it only contains a blocker.
The licorice and waffles will be collected fairly easily as you work on clearing the spawner so you don't need to worry about them. Also you don't need to clear the chocolate and licorice down each side of the board, this won't cause you any problems as long as you keep making combos.

The only way to pass this level without boosters is to have a lucky board.

It's spooky. Couldn't hit the spawner not once in 10 attempts. Watched the video and won immediately (without boosters) with 5 moves left. The video shows it all: destroy the keys within 7-8 moves, place wraps near to the entrance to the spawner. I could do a double wrap near to this entrance which opened it all. After this, a wrap fell into the entrance and a stripe hit the spawner, too. I think the spawner must only be hit 4 times or maximum 5 times. Use wraps!

Omg I've tried everything to win this level even had a few double cc but to no avail can get even close have cleared chocolate and liquorice but not the ,locked liquorice around the spawner really need help with this one hoping for a lucky board soon
The blasted spawned turns my lucky candies into countdown bombs.

Cookies tips are spot on.
Spawner now is sending out new blocker. It may be a countdown or you may have to hit it 5 times but it is very hard to hit the spawner from the top now
Same here. No cherries drop. Must have played 30 games. Cleared popcorn. NADA!!!!!!!

King has reduced the number of moves yet again since the video above was made. Also, the video above shows a lucky board that includes a lot of color bombs and special candies appearing out of nowhere. And the reason why is because the waffles and licorice do not drop for several moves in a row. Currently, the waffles and licorice drop at least every other move which clogs up the board limiting moves. Another typical greedy money grab by King to make you buy boosters and additional moves or wait for that elusive lucky board.
I HATE THESE PINK SPAWNERS THAT LOOK LIKE A BOX! IT TAKES FIVE HUTS TO GET TO IT! I RUN OUT TIME! PLEASE MAKE CC FOR OLDER PEOPLE! AT 73 AND NOT GREAT EYESIGHT THIS ONE IS VERY HARD! PLEASE NEED SOME HELP! THANK YOU!
cookie's tips are great. I have to agree with UNKNOWN about older people & eyesight problems. I just used 26 bars on last level so not into buying more moves & boosters. CC keeps taking away ways to get them, NO more freebies from CC --really not fair or sporting just greedy.
