Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4674 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4674 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect chocolate and clear the jelly to complete the level.
Don't start the level with a double colourbomb combo, you need the chocolate to grow and if you remove it at the start you will lose the game.
The only thing you need to do to complete level 4674 is to clear the cake in the middle. Completely ignore the yellow stripes and frog in the bottom left and the chocolate will grow over and eat the keys, unlocking the locked licorice blocking the middle of the board.
While you are waiting for the keys to be collected you should be clearing as much jelly as you can so that you can concentrate on clearing the cake.
The blast from the cake will clear the chocolate and jelly so it can be done in the last move, therefore there is no need to worry that you are getting low on moves.
The moves have been reduced to 21 and the video below starts with 24, but the game is completed in 21 moves so it shows the strategy involved.

Ooooh, this is crazy hard. Totally ignore the chocolate in the lower left hand corner until all 12 spaces are full of chocolate, that chocolate is the "12 orders" (the other chocolate squares can be cleared). Concentrate on clearing the jellies in the top half of the board while the chocolate grows, then if you have ANY moves left (starting with 21 here), blast away at the cake. Good luck.
Hammers work real well to clear the cake in order to win. That is how i did it.

Do as Cedarberry says - ignore the square at bottom left and work on the top box and try to clear the cake with those down stripes. I didn't manage to clear the cake so had to spin for extra moves and the gods were smiling and gave me 15 which was sufficient to clear the cakes with the downward stripes. Phew. Onward. Indy

I never have this luck like the person in the video, that eg a stripe wrap combo is possible later (and I actually found that the player did not play perfectly, eg instead of hitting once the left top chocolate he/she combined just 3 candies in the middle, so the not needs but unwanted top chocolate grew).
I understand how this level works and normally I get down to maybe 2 pieces of the cake left, but I don't want to spend 2 hammer on this. So I must repeat it till I'm lucky with the stripes from the dispenser.
So weird, I wrote here and next attempt I won 🙄 had luck with 2 times a wrap coming and therefore the stripes fell more often and hit the cake. Needed even only 20 moves
Maybe it will work for me next attempt, I refuse to use my only hammer.
As I wrote for previous levels, CC is now giving us here and there these stupid levels where only luck will do the trick.
I'm betting it will take me at least five days to get this one done with a lucky board...or maybe more?

Good advice from cookie and cedar berry. Full bot is actually harmful unless you can get by a few turns without using the CB. Did have to use two hammers to clear the cake and then the rest was done.
Full bot did me in on this level. I don't know why, since there seemed to be a chocolate left to spawn more in the lower left corner.
I have followed the tips but guess will just keep playing till get lucky board. Cleared the cake a few times but it was always my last move. If I had a couple extra moves could do it. Had colored ball for an hour and it did nothing, Posting for luck

Well I cleared the cake through sheer good luck and yes, totally ignore bottom left. Problem is, I have no boosters so I couldn’t clear the remaining jelly at the top, Clearly, you need to get as much of the jelly in the four corners before the yellow sweets get covered over. Keep sending me some luck please.

Lawdy! This is a tough level. It takes a lot of moves to even break through with a chance to clear the cake. Although it's an evil level, it is kind of fun & challenging. Help!

Out of 75 tries I’ve only been able to clear the cake twice. And both of those times there were still two jellies left to clear. I wonder if that’s a glitch.
