Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4683 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4683 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect 5 cherries to complete the level. The cherries move down the outside columns, then into the main part of the board and down to the exits at the bottom.
You need to collect the keys as quickly as possible and if you can collect them using combos this will also clear some of the blockers and waffles etc. that are preventing the cherries from dropping down.
The hardest blockers to clear are the ones at the bottom of the main part of the board and the spawner between them. The best combos to use on this level are either double wrap combos or double colourbomb combos, these will go a long way to clearing the blockers and spawner.
There are only 3 colours on the board so once you begin to clear the middle it will get easier to get cascades going and this is what you need to clear the blockers out of the way. Don't worry if you have a lot of cherries left to collect and are getting low on moves, once the first cherries are collected it doesn't take many moves to collect the remaining cherries, especially if you can get those cascades going.

Same. Way too few moves for me. The person in the video is uttermost lucky to start with a double CB and many keys were falling and destroyed quickly. For me, often no key falls even if the candies are cleared underneath the dispenser. And I never get so many combos like in the video.
Well...pimped my performance with starting with a CB + wrap from my own stock (reset until they were together). This made a good start and the board was open relatively quick. When there is enough place, the effect of the cascades is unbelievable. I thought the cherries will never make it (as they fell on top of 6 fat waffles), but all waffles were gone after one nice combo. Needed all 17 moves.
No way this can be done with so little moves :(

Wow, I followed Emsa8's advice and started with a colorbomb/wrap and everything just went smoothly with bombs and wraps just falling freely. Yay, now on the next level :)

I've never been able to do it (with the exception of 2 weeks when CC let me reset). it's an amazing option and I would love to have it.
I would trade coconut wheels for Reset.

I can reset without losing a life, but now the reset doesn’t change anything. The same pattern of candies come up. The boosters are in same place. So no longer able to reset to move boosters by each other. Anyone else?

Why playing a stupid impossible level. Hardly comments, So most give up. After a long time playing this game i give up playing iT regulair. Mabey now or than but other games i prefer now, not kingsize games. Sorry cc. You must come with something better.

Impossible level again, how can we finish only with 16 moves to collect 5 keys and cherries and also clear thick blocker, and as always video shown a superrrr lucky board but in fact we never got that kind of board.
And on the video shown only need to collect 3 keys, and my board...i hv to collect 5 keys but with only 16 moves. Why this game is more and more ridiculous and impossible to be finished???

Now there is only 16 moves and you need 5 keys with thicker blockers including locked blockers. As usual, no advice to offer since you either need to wait for that lucky board that plays itself or spend money on extra moves and boosters (which is what King is hoping you will do). Anyone who has gotten this far in the game has very good crushing skills. Too bad King has made this once great skill game all luck based and pay to play
Cookie your tips are great but the video WAS not helpful. Disheartening to most us, that you the pro gets double color bomb to start. Next time show us a video where you have to actually work for the win. I don't mind losing lives if I know a win is possible.

The comments suggest it was impossible at 16 moves…so I’m really sunk because I only have 14 moves! Help! I can not even get close…I am absolutely stuck…please send a lucky board as soon as possible or I’m just going to have to throw in the towel on this game. Thank you.
This is the ultimate Impossible game used every booster I had and no where near, so the only way I can think of finishing is for the lucky board please.
OK, I'm calling BS on the double color bomb on the first move. And my keys only appear one at a time. And only 16 moves. No way this was a legitimate board. Sorry cookie but I gotta call it as I see it.

For some reason whoever is responsible for making these levels just want us to lose,I am assuming. Not enough moves,17 to get rid of licorice and keys...impossible. I think that people who have got this far know how to play and we aren't whining 🤔 Personally I don't want to play 100 times before a win.
