Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4728 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4728 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect 5 cherries to complete the level. The cherries are all on the board so you need to get them through the gaps in the candy canes to the exits at the bottom of the board.
Stripes, especially vertical stripes are good for getting the cherries down through the candy canes. The cherries have to pass through the portals near the bottom and out of the exits which are blocked by the fish. For this reason you will have to clear the fish, but wait until there is a cherry sitting above the fish.
The fish won't really help much except to get out of the way of the exits.

Use a coconut wheel! Probably still will use a few lives, but then you'll get the right board with the many wheels dropping to help you finish it.
This was a good strategy level, there doesn't seem to be many of those around anymore, as it's mostly just hanging for the "lucky board". I used the wheel too, which only showed up a couple of times, but it helped. Good luck.

Made as many stripes as possible and used them every time the cherry was over the portal.

Another discouraging level. I used 3 coconutwheels already, But nothing seems to work, accept the fact that it is a very annoying level AGAIN. Wonder how many times i have to play this one.

After playing a few times, I loaded up with sprinkle, stripe/wrap and coconut wheel to pass it
