Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4864 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4864 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is a straightforward jelly level.
First you need to collect the keys to unlock the board and the frog in the bottom left. The frog can be used to detonate they yellow wraps in the top sections once it is grown.
The rest of the jellies will have to be cleared using normal combos, which can be tricky with 5 colours on the board. Apart from using the frog carefully there is no real strategy to completing this level apart from making as many combos as possible and blasting everything on the board.
The moves have been reduced since the level was released and the video below starts with 26 moves, but the game is completed in 21 moves so shows that the level can be passed with the reduced moves.

Getting the keys is most important way to start. The key on lower left opens the frog. Another level with too few moves. I used a saucer when I got down to 4 moves and 4 candies. It left me with one candy. Had to use 2 hand switches to get that last one. Brutal!
I was able to max out Bots again playing level 606. They took that ability away for awhile, they also added additional rewards. Doubt i’d Of passed without the help. Good look all, an hope it lasts
This is a level that is only based on a luck board which I havent had yet. Needs keys of the same colour to get a good start with a colour bomb. Then another colour bomb to inlock the frog. Then lots of moves to finish the level. Maybe a space dash would help. Posting for that lucky board

This is proving a tough level - I am not getting close at the moment.
That was a horrible level! Just completed it after a full day of trying. Choc bombs fell into place very early and finally collected the keys with 14 moves to spare. Another choc bomb came up straight away. Finally, managed to achieve it on my last move, having used 1 hand switch and 2 hammers!
Closest I’m coming after two days of trying is 20 jellies left. Ugh.

Tough level, I followed the tips and still it took a handful of attempts. I got close but had to use a switch hand and lollipop hammer to finish it off. You need to collect the keys quickly and make combinations. The frog can be helpful, but don't use too many moves to fill it, as the moves need to be used to complete the jelly order. This level gives you nothing, to sad for words, dont even finish the level to play. Seems most players think the same way. I Just collect free boosters without playing, Yeh, Thats my way of playing. Don’t spent my time on hopeless levels or games like cc has!
Like i said, like all players say, waist of time. Dont spent time on this game, Well i agree.
I am done with level your tips show 44 tries whereas we get a lot less
