Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4897 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4897 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level, you have to clear all the jelly to complete the level.
First you need to work your way down to the bottom of the board by clearing the waffles. Don't worry too much about the column on the right of the board, this will be cleared as you play as long as you make combos in the main part of the board.
The hardest jellies to clear are under the blockers at the bottom of the board, so try to concentrate on moves that will clear these blockers. Any combo will help clear this level, as with all jelly levels the more combos you can make the better chance you have of clearing the level.
You can use the conveyor to get combos together and the fish are a bit of help as they often target the wrapped candies in the column on the right.
The candies from the column on the right will drop onto the bottom conveyors on the left if you clear the candies there so you can get the wraps from the right column onto the board to help with clearing the blockers.
Make sure you clear the jellies from the individual squares up the left side of the board as these are easy to overlook.

My wife did this level. She had 5 extra moves on her mobile phone and then used a hand switch.

The fish are not always a help..they mostly detonate things you're saving for a combo and i switched a fish and a stripe and it turned my wraps into stripes!!!

lucky board needed
The videos are fixed. No need to check in there. Waste of time. King controls the game and this is turning people off from the game. Everyone likes to get the level on their own merits. King has quenched this for players. I’m gone. Fed up with this two tier system and King in control.

getting sick of ordinary levels being harder the very hard levels...this game blows...
Agree with most of the statements above. Very hard levels sometimes take me fewer tries that levels that aren't even marked as hard. I just have to play until King decides to give me a "lucky" board. This makes the game much less fun than it used to be. Almost all "free" helps have been removed like the free spin that gave you either a booster or 5 extra plays. It takes no skill anymore, just dumb "Luck."

Is Candy Crush KING trying to lose players? CC developers are succeeding by constantly making the levels impossible, once again Lowered the moves TO 21 & F'en DOUBLED THE JELLIES. I already tried this level with boosters for 30 minutes & not even close because of double jellies.
I NEED A VERY LUCKY BOARD.
Thanks for the tips & video COOKIE, but not much help when every jelly needs hit twice.
