Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4921 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4921 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect chocolate and clear the cakes to complete the level. There is not enough chocolate on the board to complete the orders so you need to let it grow at some stage to have enough chocolate.
The fishing floats are very useful as the fish will often target the cake sections and help to clear them. The cakes will help to clear the chocolates on the board and once they are cleared you can see how much more chocolate you will need to complete the orders.
To clear the cakes you will need to make some combos, stripe/wrap combos are good and if you hit the fishing floats with these combos you will get plenty of fish to help clear the cakes.
This can be a very frustrating level if things don't go as you want, but with a little bit of luck it is possible to pass without boosters.

Sick of adds meant for a two year old, adds with spelling mistakes adds and same old adds. Sick of fish hitting my booster candies. Hmm. Must be time to do the ironing.

This is much harder than it looks...not getting any chances to make boosters and when I do they are useless...2 days again..another frustrating level....pfl but in mentime might as well take a break..

Boring level. Been trying for days, no strategy required, just a lucky board. And I’ve yet to get one....
Seems impossible can clear cakes but nowhere near enough chocolate not enough moves to grow it desperate for a lucky board please
Why am I ALWAYS surprised it's a hard level?!?
It would be easier if you still needed chocolate but it's changed to blockers. 64 blockers and 2 cakes to clear....plus the chocolate to keep under control once you've cleared the binds from them. Striped candies rarely drop and when they do I can't line them up with the fishing bobs.
No boosters as usual.
I keep getting surveys asking if I find watching ads for boosters helpful.....but no option for me to mention....I NEVER GET OFFERED ANY ADS FOR BOOSTERS...EVER!!!!

Again...CC has cHanged the board again, no have to collect 2 cakes & 64 blockers and of course hv to control the chocolates too. And the blocker dispenser didnt drop quickly. So how can we collect 64 blockers in very restricted moves??? Always not enough moves
Not enough moves, why CC always change the board. Not even getting closer, always left 30 blockers, the blocker dispenser didnt quickly drop and that’s one that make this level impossible. Even boosters doesnt help i think, only lucky board. And that’s very annoying if we hv to wait lucky board.
Posting for lucky board--HELP Please. The damn rotten evil CC King developers lowered the # of moves & Increased the blockers. Only reason for the changes is MONEY from the players--CC took away spins for free moves & boosters--PAY PAY PAY to Play should be the new name.

Totally disgusted with Candy Crush taking away 4 moves & upping the blockers. Not even close with restricted board -time to start over at ONE. Maybe win a game without buying moves & boosters.

I have to collect waffles and clear 2 cakes. Oh but there's chocolate spouting too! The problem is, the waffles don't drop fast enough, even when I've cleared the cakes.
