Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4949 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4949 Candy Crush Saga is a score level, you have to score as many points as possible in the moves available to complete the level. The score could change at any time so you will have to check your own game to see what the target score is for you when you get to this level.
You need to collect the keys to unlock the licorice, the licorice can then drop through the portals onto the board where you can be cleared. You will need to clear the waffles from below the portals in the bottom part of the board so that the bombs can drop through the portals. Once the licorice begins to drop you will get countdown bombs dropping and these are what will give you the score needed.
All you need to do is to clear bombs using colourbombs, this is the only way you will get the points needed to complete the level.

Tough level, I was struggling until I viewed the blog and supporting video. I was trying to eliminate the licorice from their entry point, rather than cutting through the waffles and dropping them, was getting nowhere near the target score. Cookie explains it well, and the supporting video drives it home. Collect the keys quickly, then cut through the waffles with special candies. Color bomb + wrapped, color bomb + color bomb, wrapped + wrapped, and color bomb + striped really cut through the waffles, bringing down the countdown bombs. Then create color bombs and match them with a standard candy of the same color as several countdown bombs to make your score climb. I finished the level with a nice cascade that detonated three or four color bombs consecutively, then I was rewarded with a candy crush with five moves to spare. Your video needs over 1,248,000 points while most videos show 160,000 points. My version needs 400,000 points.
