Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4996 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4996 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is a jelly level so all you have to do is clear the jelly to complete the level. I doubt that level 4996 is possible without boosters so make sure you have a few before you start and don't waste them.
Hopefully this level will be changed at a later date but I'll try to give a few tips to help you pass.
The best combo to make is a double colourbomb combo and you will likely need more than one of these to have any effect on the thick blockers and crystal candies, Another combo that might help to break the blockers on the left is a colourbomb wrap, but this won't help with the bottom right corner which has no candies in it.
To clear the bottom left use double colourbomb combos or colourbomb/stripe combos as well as stripe/wrap combos. If you have boosters use them to make the double colourbombs by either switching candies or using hammers. If you have a UFO that can be helpful, but this is best used when there is only jelly in the bottom right as it may not put any wraps there if there is jelly on the main part of the board.
This is a terrible level at the time of writing so hopefully it will be made a bit easier by the time you have to play it.

I'm so stuck that I feel there's almost no point playing this level. It swallows up boosters and extra moves and so far I'm not even close. Hoping for a miracle! haha -Michelle
Just reached 5045 and run out of levels so have now to wait for more. I have to say it seems that once I got ahead of Cookie, levels seem much easier so I feel sorry for the ones now that come behind her. Trouble is I will never manage to stay ahead once she catches up.
I see now that if you go back to earlier games to try and stock up it only gives you boosters with a time limit so that is pretty useless. I am waiting for more games to be loaded so I cannot even boost my boosters!!!!!!
I just received new levels today 7/10/19. If I play them all I will reach level 5017. So I still don’t understand how Rhodesia is on level 5045?! Is there anything we can do to get the new games as quick as Cookie and Rhodesia get them?
I do agree that the sooner I play and get through new levels the easier it is. Otherwise King just makes that level harder and harder.
I just played the UFO on this level when I only had two squares on the right to clear. The UFO gave me the wraps where they were totally useless so it doesn’t seem like a good strategy to wait until then. Luckily I still had moves left and was able to get a couple striped/wraps that got me through. Definitely was lucky

do not use UFO on this level ! it won't help you at all. if you have a stiper booster that will do the job tho it may take two of them. did finish on first try and got my daily sticker. one more day to go
Started with 2 CBs together. Stripes and wraps formed. Many in combination. Needed extra moves (saved) and 2 lollipops to finish on first try. Don’t see any way to pass without boosters. Good luck!

This is actually impossible without boosters. I had a full booster bot last night, and today it’s gone. 😡 Just King’s way of trying to get us to buy boosters.

Well I think it’s time to give up. 2 weeks on this level and only one daily booster now that I have lost the bot. How are you supposed to pass when you say you need boosters. Up till now I have never paid for boosters and I don’t intend to start now, goodbye CC it was nice playing.

Played this level more times than I can count. Finally used a fish booster, one hand switch to get two sprinkles next to each other, then a UFO to get the last jelly in the bottom right. Moving on.
Well I just watched the video for Level 4996 and thought I may as well go ahead and grip before I even try this level! It shows using several boosters which is all well and good if you have any! Asking for help as soon as possible!
All I can say is bit of a fun level not that I’m passed it but I’ll just play on until I finally pass it as I didn’t sign up to play this game to pay loads of money to play so I would like a lucky board if your giving one away . As using boosters is a joke as we use them to get through the previous levels .

Fed up with playing this level now. Can’t get to less than 6 jellies and then they’re double covered or with licorice. Everything blows up when I make a color bomb, so what’s the point. The bombs blow up for no reason. I think there’s a fault with the level or they just don’t want me to pass it and move on.

Impossible level. Used full bot and 15 extra moves and still can't pass. Come on King give us a break. This is meant to be a free game and fun. All levels should be able to be passed without boosters and with given amounts of moves especially now we are not being given boosters.

Just another IMPOSSIBLE level again. Look at all these posts. Do you ever even consider to hange something king? I guess not, because whatever a player posts...you dont listen.... and have no intention of changing anything. Anyway...this level hasnt got enkugh moves....not by near. Its a +100/150 attempt level again. Especially for pmayers lime me that dont buy boosterd. Try and implement some strategy into cc...or is that to difficult to ask for your developers. Do they even know the meaning of the word strategy or do they get orders to fuck up this so called game?
Yep...still cant even close passing this level. Great job again king. As i said many posts before this one...in real life you would get a bonus, just by doing so well to disrespect players. And they all play for years. Is this the way to respect all these players? To come up with shit levels like this. Come on king...give players a break and design a game that is actually a game not a lottery. Almost at level 5000...but i wonder if i get that far. Still going strong by not passing (read not getting a pass by king) this freakin level. Hope you have some fun seeing players struggle to pass a level, because i surely aint. Already 30 attempts within one hour and not one decent shot to pass. You need several combo's of colourbombs to pass this one. But i aint getting it. Being selective as always king. That is all i have to say about it.

Been stuck for bloody days now😡 any combos you make burst before you can use them. The few combos you do make don’t do what they should which isn’t fair! Absolutely no skill required because you have no chance. So fed up!

I needed one to pass, but because of stingy King taking sugar drop away from us you cannot make boosters without buying them! I have no money to spend for boosters, and with isolating because of covid, it would be nice if king made it easier to pass these levels! Or at least make it fair! Time to say goodbye king!
Oh and the f5 thing, I was almost at the big prize package and what do you know, king put me back at the beginning without collecting anything! I emailed king and they did not reply back! When I was buying boosters they took my money very quick, but now that I can’t afford it I am just a shit customer to them! Meanwhile I must have put in hundreds of dollars in the past so giving up is not an option! I put in too much money and time into this foolish not fun game to just give up! I will continue to bitch and nag and send emails to king to let them know how unfair they are!
Well, there are a lot of angry players here! I'm not looking forward to trying 4996 but I am excited that it just dawned on me that I am in sight of the 5000 finish line! It is sad to know that so many long term players are quitting.
Wow! Passed first try with five moves left! Started with CB and stripe/wrap boosters and carefully looked at the board after every move. No additional boosters used. I was able to make 2 or 3 CB/CB combos during the game and many other CB'S exploded before I could set up a good move. I wish I had more advice. Good luck Crushers!

Good morning, I rarely comment in the threads, but I do read the comments every day and I am very aware of the changes made by the developers. Unfortunately there is only me and time is limited for updating the changes.
Well I’m in a right mess with this one. Used every booster I got apart from 1 fish booster. What a waste of the precious ones I had!
There’s no way I can pass this level, every time I make a sprinkle as soon as it forms it explodes. I can’t get the bottom right as the columns only drop horizontal stripes or wraps which again explode without me touching anything. Come on king sort it out for gods sake. I’ll try again tomorrow if no luck I’m gone through sheer boredom.

twice i’ve left CC for years at a time. thought i’d come back and see if things had got any better. i’ve played about 100 levels and now this one has me about to leave again because it’s SO boring. With approx 14,000 levels is there any point holding people up? I guess it’s just about the money 😢
I kid you not, this level is not doable even with tonnes of boosters. I have tried every combination I can think of, double colour balls, the lot and the bottom right jellies are not moving. Days on this, I give up🤷♀️.

You need to open up the board quick - stripes and wraps on the right can help, and lucking into 2 wraps out the dispenser at the top.
Then with enough space and vigilance colour bombs are ok to make. I needed 3 double colour bomb combos to win so just check carefully whenever you get one colourbomb if you can line one up somehow. Also don't overlook vertical stripes in the top right and horizontal in the bottom. Even standalone ones can make a difference as the liquorice starts to clear.
Really need some help l cannot clear all the blockers in the bottom right hand corner.
