Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5048 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 5048 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level and it has a very useful frog to help with clearing the jelly. The frog is a very valuable asset in this level as it can remove a multi layer waffle with a single move if it is placed on top of it.
It isn't too hard to make colourbombs in the middle part of the board, although it can be quite hard to see the colours of the candies under the crystal candies to begin with. Once the crystal candies start to be cleared look for colourbombs and use them to grow the frog. Use the frog to clear tricky jellies, especially ones covered in waffles and keep looking for colourbombs to regrow the frog.

Yep, it's all about fattening up that frog at every single opportunity and placing it on those corner squares. that's how I did it anyway. Plenty of cascades and colour bombs to help along the way. Done in about 4/5 attempts.

Agreed. Grids over the waffles need to be cleared to plop that frog on top. Finding difficulty with only 19 moves still. Just a matter of luck again. But most levels are now. Not many comments here. Guess everyone is still stuck on 5045 that was a bitch!

I am stunned that this level has not been marked as “difficult”. I finally broke down and bought additional moves as I cannot believe it can be done in the much scaled down amount of moves and added waffles. Sadly, this could have been a fun level strategically.

Great tips from Cookie but CC King changed the level AGAIN. lESS moves & double the jelly-developers are rotten evil spawns of the devil ccking.

Completely new, different and harder level. Please, if its possible to pass it, give me as soon as possible a lucky board because it looks impossible to me.

Changed it up again and made it impossible without the help of the lucky board crew!!! Cookie always makes it look simple and always has easier boards. Time to walk away because this sucks if its not every level its every other one!!!

I have no frogs and most of the time when I open it up there are no move’s available! The best I EVER got was down to 60 left. This is an about joke.
