Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5088 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 5088 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a super hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pas it. This is a jelly level and the hard part is clearing the jelly in the bottom two corner sections of the board.
You focus should be on clearing the bottom sections of the board and the best way to do this is to make a colourbomb/wrap combos, especially if there are candies of the same colour as the wrap in the bottom corners. It can be very hard to see the colours of the candies in the bottom corners because of the crystal candies, but once you use a colourbomb the crystal candies will begin to be a bit more see-through.
You will get lots of stripes and wraps dropping from the top row and switching these will begin to clear the bottom part of the board, but you I doubt that you will clear everything without at least one colourbomb/wrap combo.
It usually takes quite a lot of moves to get to the stage where you can start to work in the bottom part of the board, but don't worry too much as it doesn't take a lot of moves to clear the jelly once you have candies in there.
This level is possible without boosters but certainly not easy.

So extremely tired of this level it’s ridiculous! And tired of all these games being about luck! What’s the sense of even playing this anymore when all the fun has been taken out of it 😔
I felt doomed. Ran through a bunch of lives and various boosters offered in videos/extra moves etc. Thought ... hmmmm .... let's see what it's like after a break.
And this morning (so a 7 hour break) it just made it easy. CBs appeared, combos dropped into place. It's almost as though the board WANTS you to succeed. And I do find that the first goes in the morning (which does mean a long gap) product extra boosters, extra moves etc. and tough levels seem to do themselves.
So stick with it everyone. Have a break, come back all optimistic and keep your eyes open for good moves!!
Cookie says we'll have difficulty with the bottom corners. I haven't had any problem with them. That's probably because I haven't been able to break into the bottom enough to make any moves there.
I would definitely like to see more moves.

Another holy cannoli level....not enough moves....I have to admit that I have trouble seeing under the crystals....not going to waste any of me boosters.
I appreciate that having got this far we should expect the game to be difficult and challenging but not impossible! Let's have some fun doable levels, instead of having to wait for a 'lucky board' or 'posting fo luck'
Still here, getting close to quitting, got one corner cleared once! Not enough moves to clear the other, spun wheel, gave me a booster rather than extra moves, had enough!

Shouldn't ever have a level that takes days to get a win-able board.
The last few levels are only luck . We are all great players now yet we get given stupid boards and treated like fools . Posting for luck because thats all i need . No skill !!!!!!
Played this one numerous times without even getting close.
Finally got it with full space dash, one UFO, and a free spin that gave me 5 extra moves to get the one remaining jelly.

I see I have 3 less moves than the video but, frankly, if I had 30 more moves, I might just manage. I don't like these crystals - it's like playing with your eyes shut! Maybe that's the way to pass this level . . .

Been stuck here for a month.....frustrating
Still stuck. If you don’t get side by side color bomb combos 6 times in a row you might as well restart and try again. If you make 1 color combo, the game will decide to set off a cascade to destroy it, or only allow one move where you must waste it.

Okay, i get the bottom opened a bit but then the colorbombs, stripes and wraps stop falling, so you have no matches to clear the bottom, plus the 2 popcorns take a ton of hits and still don't pop. Dumb!

Used al lot of boosters but i advise you not to do so, because it doesnt get you anywhere. Not even close. Just another tedious impossible level. I am losing interest in this "game". Whatever you post...for instance that a bit of logic or thinking is involved. Or fun like it was more than 2000 levels ago. Nothing seems to bother king...they just want to annoy players and develop levels where you have to wait for eternity or buy boosters. Nothing ever changes. Good job king 👍

I give up for today. If i don't get a pass tomorrow i take a break or quit. This isnt a game anymore. This is a lottery. And even in a lottery you have more chance of winning. Shame on you king for treating players like this. All these years of playing...and you dont give a SHIT. You only plan how to gain more money. Was this the intention from the start while developing cc? Or are the dollar signs to tempting?
This level is a complete scam. There is no way to clear the board. Watched the videos and realized the video is fixed to show players how easy it is. I’m fed up playing this game. It’s frustrating and unfair.
The ranks are thinning. I note less enthusiasm from players..just posting for luck...like King reads these messages...ha ha...you just have to wait it out. After a certain amount of games, you get a lucky board. I used to become eager and buy a win...no more. Don't really care and found other games that don't rely solely on luck...

This is an impossible task: I have only 15 moves instead of the promised 33 and I must get 178 items rather than 66 suggested. I cannot get even remotely close to solving…please send a very lucky board quickly and please reengineer this board for future players, to have a reasonable number of moves and an achievable number of items to collect.

Not nearly enough moves and when you do make combos they only seem to be at the top of the board and don’t do much to clear the bottom jellies! You would think we would be rewarded for getting this far!! Not getting ground down by tedious level after level.I l used to love playing this game to relax now I finish more wound up than I was before I started 🙄

People two years ago complained about having only 30 moves to clear 122 jellies. We now have only 15 moves to clear 138 jellies!!!
This is impossible without buying extra moves, which I’m sure is the reason for this. Bye bye!!!
