Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5089 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 5089 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect 6 cherries to complete the level.
The cherries are on the board at the start of the level, locked in licorice and held back by waffles. All you need to do to collect the cherries is to unlock and clear the waffles below them and they will drop down to the exits.
Vertical stripes are helpful if you can get them in the right position and once you begin to clear the waffles you will be able to use wrapped candies to clear the candy curls and waffles.
Any combos will be helpful and once you begin to open up the board it will get easier to make the combos in the bottom half of the board.

Cannot be done. Number of moves has been reduced to 27. Ridiculous. One more day of it and that’s it for me. This game needs to end. If reducing the number of moves is the best they can come up with to make the game challenging ... see ya cuz this is now just a time waster and not fun.

This is ridiculously HARD! Not enough moves. Once the decision is made on how many moves will be given that should stay the same for everyone. I need help please or I will be stuck here for months!

Every current level is almost impossible. Need to quit playing. Not fun at all anymore 😩😩
A coconut wheel was helpful. I was able to combine it with a wrap down in the bottom of the board so it changed candy to wraps, helping to clear more waffles than stripes would have. With one move left, the remaining five cherries were all at the bottom but with one partial waffle blocking each. I used my only UFO which luckily hit just the right places. Good luck everyone!
I only get 26 moves. King is best at removing and revising games. Why are we still putting up with this shit?

I am finding this level impossible. I’ve been on it for over a week and I haven’t got anywhere close. I am surprised there aren’t more comments here. 27 moves is just not enough! I have used so many boosters and they haven’t helped at all.

Completely impossible with 26 moves I've only managed to get one cherry a couple of times no chance of any more really desperate for a lucky board please so I can move on no way can I do it myself

This level 5089 is the worst level I have played since I started playing CC. Can’t get even one cherry let alone 6!! What is the matter with King and his people? What used to be a fun game has turned into a nightmare, level after level. Time to grow in the towel people!

Aaarrrgggghhh! So tired of this level. Been trying for two weeks and haven’t even come remotely close to finishing. Have been slowly downloading non-King games. Think Candy Crush is on it’s way out for me.
Impossible level. Cannot get anywhere near. Made worse by everyone else in my "fast race" evidently completing it ages ago. So frustrating. Little enjoyment in cc these days.
