Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5180 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 5180 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a jelly level so all you have to do to complete the level is to clear the jelly.
First of all DON'T collect the keys at the top of the board, the keys will release licorice which will make it harder to clear the jelly. Instead if you look carefully at the middle row you will see that there are three UFO's in locked cells, these UFO's are in the same column as yellow wrapped candies, this means that you can fire stripes or stripe/wrap combos down over the UFO's and hit the wrapped candies once the crystal candies are removed. The wrapped candies will clear all the jelly when they are detonated.
You need to keep making stripes and stripe combos and use the conveyor to get them into position where they can be used to clear the crystal candies and detonate the wraps. This is all you need to do to clear the jelly and complete the level. The popcorn in the middle will have to be grown and cleared so that you can hit the middle wrap at the botttom.

Like Cookie says Do Not release the keys as once the licorice drops its next to impossible to clear the jelly. I accidentally cleared the keys except for the one in the upper left and no licorice dropped so I managed to clear the jelly. Even the ufo’s are useless if there’s licorice.

I can't see how I am going to complete this level, much too difficult.

I get it now, the objective is to hit those 3 yellow wrapped candies enough times for them to blast and get rid of all surrounding jellies, and all that without touching the top keys.
Easier said than done! Stripe candies don't fall in the same row as the wrapped yellows, thus being very hard to align them right :(
If by tomorrow I am still struggling with this level, I'm done with CC. Just don't have the patience anymore, wish I could have more fun but these luck based levels are not worth my time anymore.
Doesn't make any sense to not release the keys because you can't remove the jelly. If the keys aren't released you cant hit the jellys. Really confused on this one!!! Zero fun!!!! What a junk level!!! Ugh!!!
Easiest way I found was with a double sprinkle then used lollipops to smash the 3 yellows. Not the best way but better than going mad.

Indeed, the above comment is the best one: start with color bomb combo to clear jelly covering the yellow wraps. This also took care of the right side wrap :)
. After, carefully work over the top middle , trying to get vertical candies to hit the middle wrap. Once that is done, hit the left wrap with a hammer. It worked for me, alleluia!!
Wow. I’ve read the hints, but following them is another matter. I cannot seem to avoid hitting the keys, no matter how carefully I try not to. Are there any other hints out there (besides just hitting with multiple hammers?). Or is this one just randomly lucky? HELP! PFL

Did this with only 1 boosters (switch hand) and 10 moves left - thanks so much to "Unknown 15.8/23.36" above ♥
Changed the popcorn in the middle (wraps are easy to achieve) into a CB. Made a CB one left above it and used switch hand to be able to switch them together. 2 yellow wraps were open then, the third one I could hit with a stripe to get rid of the crystal. I found stripe or stripe/wrap combos were really easy to make and hit all three yellow wraps, so they removed all jellies around them and that's it!
As written so often: DON'T HIT THE KEYS. If you hit all yellow wraps, you have won. You don't need the keys and the ufos (and you will not be able to remove jelly due to constantly falling liquorice).
You must avoid it and its possible, I managed to do it also (see below), so you will, too! Much luck!!
The sentence "if the keys aren't released you can't hit the jellies" is NOT TRUE. You CAN hit the jellies (via opening and hitting the yellow wraps) resp. you MUST do so, before the liquorice comes (which makes it in fact impossible to hit the jellies, as they almost never stop falling). See advices below.

Idiot Level! Even if they can activate the UFOs they do not eliminate the blocks below, they go where they are already eliminated in the blocks above.
Very tricky level...I can't seem to avoid hitting the keys! Once the liquorish falls...you may as well end the game as it's impossible! 😭
Here’s how they heat first if there’s inky 2 keys to clear left u clear one it automatically clears both Second it’s rigged to clear all your keys It’s obvious just watch close
And another thing I had only a couple spaces to clear they were the only spaces left on the board I hit the last ufo and instead of the ufo hitting the only spaces to clear it hit spaces above that didn’t need to be clears What cheater I’m surprised anyone plays this rigged crooked app anymore
As Cookie says, the trick is not to release the keys and hit the wrapped candies through the windows of the UFOs and the popcorn when grown. It's possible. I did so and after few trials I succeeded.
Review this stupid level, even with some booster UFOs are not enough to eliminate the blocks.

Who elaborates a level this way, can only think that the player is stupid. The game says it is to relax only see stress.

Trying with the tips but I then those nasty liquorice cover the last few jellies and the ufos are useless. No hammers to help.
It really isn’t as hard as it seems. Just do as cookie says and do not try to hit the keys. just set up a stripe to hit the yellow candies it takes a few hits on them but once they detonate it clears the whole section just have to do that three times! Best of luck! 🤗
Follow the tips on here and keep your cool! As has been said, avoid the keys at all costs, until you can expose the 3 wraps down in the jelly. i started following the advice last night and just achieved this horrible level. I used 1 hammer to get the penultimate yellow wrap, as i could see that I had a downward facing striped candy that would move along the conveyor next move and would give me the hit on the last wrap.
Stuck big time been on this level for days doesn’t make sense to me I need a lucky board or I need to quit playing CC. I like a challenge but omg this one is impossible

The ufos only land where there is an occupied jelly or beside one. When the jelly’s are on their own the ufos don’t blast them. Also if there is a heavier blockage above the Ufo will go there before the lower part.

There is a continuous barrage of the licorice. I think it is impossible to win

I don't see how I can pass this shit. The licorice just makes it utterly impossible. But glad to see the tip about the keys. I will try that. It does make some sense. I thought releasing the keys would be good, but, apparently, it's not. Thank you for that tip. It's been a week, and I am OVER this level. I am going to try this. Will let you know. Good luck!

I was lucky and got a double sprinkle on my second move then I was left with one jelly in a column that the licorice didn't fall into.

Ok, I can’t hit anything on bottom unless I clear with the keys. They are blocked with “key safes” or whatever one wud call the key things behind ice.....
It is not impossible to clear when you have accidentally knocked out the keys when trying not too. I have just done it with 6 moves left, probably because i was trying to follow the advice given here,which is the best way,just dont give up if the liquorice arrives

Outro nível de porco igual aos desenvolvedores do site. Meu conselho para este nível é não usar e nem comprar reforços, é isto que eles querem que você faça, melhor opção é deletar o CC.
Neste nível não existe estratégia, nem mesmo as dicas dadas. Não peguei as chaves, mas não consegui concluir o nível, os doces listrados sempre vão na direção contrária e os movimentos são insuficientes. Nível impossível. Não vou perder meu tempo aqui com este jogo ridículo e desonesto.
Realmente este nível é impossível, os movimentos foram reduzidos, nada funciona, com ou sem reforços. Este foi o final do CC para mim. Sorte para quem fica. Adeus.
Preso neste nível por 20 dias, jogando dez vidas por dia, e não consegui concluir o nível. Isto prova que este jogo manipula cada jogada para impedir que o jogador conclua, tentando obrigar a comprar reforços, movimentos extras ou barras de ouro. Comigo esta estratégia não funciona, nunca gastei e nunca vou desperdiçar dinheiro com esta fraude. Não preciso do CC para viver, mas o jogo só pode existir com os jogadores.
Quero ver um vídeo concluindo este nível com os 23 movimentos agora disponíveis, não tem nenhum, porque é impossível. Isto é uma injustiça com os jogadores, qual a razão para o CC favorecer apenas os jogadores que jogam quando o nível é lançado, depois reduzem os movimentos e aumentam a dificuldade? Se a intenção é perder jogadores estão conseguindo!

Tried so hard but not getting anywhere really desperate now for a lucky board please so I can move on
They changed the level. Now you MUST collect the keys asap or you won't be able to clear the bottom part of the board, besides there are no UFOs. I had to buy 5 extra moves to pass as I had already wasted several boosters. You still need to hit the yellow wraps. Not anche easy level. Good luck!
