Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5495 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Since the developers are releasing 45 or more levels each week I will not be able to write tips for every level. By now you should be expert at most challenges. I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.

I just can't get this one! I always have around 15-20 left.
In my game 5495 I DON 'T HAVE a double county heen I touch a black spot. Of is impossible to do
Need 2 double color bombs or impossible. Not even considered a hard level by King, yet still need a lucky board. Sad.
I'm still stuck! It's been 4 days! I gave believe this.
We need them towards the end tho. Using them at the beginning doesn't help. I need that lucky board, I guess.
Absolutely ridiculous. Not sure how anyone is getting through this. Just goes to show how fixed this game is.
It is official........I am done. Everyone gets a lucky board and passes me in the races while I have 30-40 licorice to still collect. Way to boring and rigged for me. bye bye
I nearly to the point of tears with frustration! I think it's time for a Candy crush break.
Another level just waiting for a lucky board. Very frustrating and a waste of time. They continue to do this to us. Ridiculous. ☹️

II agree with all the comments! Been here for days on end. ALWAYS 23 left! How is this not super hard level? Can’t even remember all the boosters lost! More than 100 times Played can’t get it, not even a lucky board. Extra moves have not helped! For the first time in a very long time I might need a break! Those who have beat it please share your insight!
Impossible to get the order of licorice when you hit it and it doesn’t move, does not count in total, does nothing!
I think Candy Crush wants us all to quit!

Yep, just watched the videos on how to do this level, getting 2 points for each liquorice. NO CHANCE with only one point!
What sort of game has 2 different ways of scoring??

Good catch, Ian Mac! You are so right! No wonder some people pass. What a crappy thing for King to pull! I wish everyone would stop playing until King has everyone playing the same game
Looks like they reduced the requirement to 38 licorice this morning.
This was the only reason I passed the level.
Still 64 orders on Android, but not collecting double as in video. Does not look promising.
Still 64 on Mac and not getting 2 points per licorice like Cookie, SkilledGaming, JohnnyCrush, etc. who get the levels before us lowly players. Deleted game from all devices. Officially done with this stupid game.

Was stuck in this for two days. Checked here and saw a comment regarding Android being too hard, it was 60+ to collect. Logged in on my son's iPhone and passed on the first go as only need 38
Got it first time on iPad. No boosters.
