Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5891 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: This can be a very frustrating level as the spawners are producing licorice which will often cover your special candies. For this reason you should use any specials or combos straight away, trying to save them can easily lose them.
Stripes and stripe/wrap combos should be used to clear the cakes and especially the spawners. Take any chance to hit the spawners to slow down the release of the licorice.

Commenting here since #5900 is not available yet, starting today I am not able to reset the board w/o losing a life, anyone else? Was a nice perk while it lasted! Onward...
Yes Sunny In Buffalo you are right. Too many changes recently I am getting bored with the game now, it has lost interest for me completely!
I may have been able to deal ok with just losing a life, but it takes away the last level of bot too!! No fun!!! I figure I'll just use up all my lives/boosters and then kiss this game goodbye.
I’ve lost the reset capability as well.
This game has lost its appeal. Plus as said above you also lose the last bot upgrade too.
Another thing that irks me....obviously I’ve been playing for years (on level5902) and not once have I ever hit the jackpot! Several times it has been close and you can watch it either suddenly stop at the one before or go to the next one.
Once I use up my boosters it’s goodbye CC.
Like Claire, I never hit "jackpot" until a few weeks ago, since then got it 5 times, go figure!

Because now with this last robbery from the makers of c.c. It’s not fun anymore.
Every time they changed the things like the sugar drop challenge into timed boosters, the NOT winning of a jacpot, and now the no longer using of the reset button its over.
I have played this game for at least 5 years and it brought me fun, but thats gone for a long time, it’s now only frustration, and maybe they change this every time so that al the players automaticly leave the game. It’s done, thanks to all the friends who give my lives etc. And i hope you will have more fun to play than i did the last months. Sad and i hope the kick off will not be to hard, and my addiction will be over quick.
This level "can not be annoying", it IS annoying due to the extremely aggressive spawners. Still I think its not worth to moan and whine about the changes (no reset etc) as this game is a free game in the sense: you must not pay. But, surprise: there are no really "free" things in life (or do you work for good!?). Either you pay or you need much more time/efforts or must watch ads etc. Finally you will will every level (you've done this 5890 times before). And at least you can build a boy with easy levels (5676, 3711, 606 1ff, 1-2-3-4-5000 etc), so there is always a chance to make it. To win this level I finally (after 30 attempts in vain) I threw an ufo (a free one I won lately).
Who's the Grinch that took the reset option away? What a miserable thing to do to your loyal players.

I have not had the reset button for a least a year so lucky are all you who have only just lost it.
I too am getting bored with the game. It seems that 4 out of 5 times I spend a good hour getting my 180 candies but have not had a single booster that was not timed.I
I wonder why I bothered - just a waste of time and effort. Definitely no fun anymore.
If the reset feature comes back, please let me know how I use it. Got to this level without it, but I am posting for luck. I feel this level is out to get me.

Took about a day - but it's done and we move on. I have never used reset (didn't know how). and don't pay for any boosters, and so it makes no difference to me that the reset has gone. Someone on here said King shouldn't be allowed to do away with the reset? That's a bit daft. It's their game and they can change the rules as much as they like - even if it is frustrating at times ( e.g. a maximum of 5 sugar drops at a time!).

Não me incomoda não ter como reiniciar sem perder uma vida. Mas não aceito as manipulações que eles fazem, favorecendo Cookie, Johnny Crush e Kazuohk, depois prejudicam todos os outros jogadores alterando o nível. Isto é crime!! Este jogo está decadente e acabado, está precisando de uma auditoria para constatar as fraudes praticadas. Melhor opção é deletar o CC. Não se iludam, só tem duas opções neste jogo, ou compra reforços ou seja paciente perdendo vidas até decidirem te deixar passar.

Many complains against Candy Crush. A pitty, i can say that no other game enchanted me as much as Candy for a good time. But now you just want our money. I dont have it, so, even the levels you dont consider as hard i take a long time to pass it. All i do is keeping asking for a lucky board. Sad.

Yet another absolutely idiotic level (except as a money spinner for King). This level is clearly designed so that it is impossible to control the liquorice and eliminate the cakes. I don't believe that King's designers ever look at these comments. We are simply 'cannon fodder'.
