I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: This is a normal jelly level so need combos to clear the waffles and jelly. The fish will be helpful, but there are not enough to clear very much of the jelly so you will need to make combos.
