Hints and tips showing how to pass level 6504 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 6504 is a multi task level, you have to clear the blockers and jelly as well as collect fish to complete the level.
The fish are the secret to passing this level, the more fish you get the better chance you have of clearing the level. Since you need fish for the orders this will work in your favour. The fish will target the blockers and keys as well as the jelly, so make combos if you can to get more fish dropping.
