Hints and tips showing how to pass level 6654 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 6654 is an orders level, you have to collect waffles to complete the level. The only difficulty of this level are the countdown bombs which have a countdown of only six moves. The fish will target the bombs so the more fish you can get from the floats the better chance you will have of clearing the level.

The only problem is the bombs? Not for me. They’re bad but even when I somehow used all my moves I still had dozens of waffles to get. Here’s to a lucky board with special candies falling out of the top
