Hints and tips showing how to pass level 6699 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 6699 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a multi task level, you have to collect chocolate, licorice and jelly to complete the level.
To begin with you need to grow the frog and use it to collect the keys, keep growing it and keep using it on the keys until the board is unlocked. Then you need to work on clearing the chocolate and licorice to get to the jelly at the top.
This level may be possible without boosters but at the time of writing there are no videos made without boosters. The video below is made using a colourbomb and a stripe/wrap boosters.

Not nearly enough moves. Very frustrating. Best not to start with boosters as frog should grow on first move. Also without boosters and if the bot is not working you can reset if the frog does not get grown in the first move. Mind you if you have either unlimited lives and/or lots of CC friends you would lose only a life at reset. However Its one in 20 tries not counting resets that you come any near close. Best to build up hammers etc but that can take up to a week without sugar drops. They say that's how Candy Crush use to be before 2016. I know. I started in 2014. Got to level 20 and quit for 2 and a half years. "Good Luck" all you out there and stay safe.
They just nerfed the level!! passed it with ease. Actually a colour bomb is good to use for one of the keys.
How do you reset?

Am I missing something, get the 3 bottom frogs, no problem, use last between the 2 at the top and then.. About 3 moves left 🙄

I used a hammer on the far right key, placed the frog top middle, then worked the top, adding the fish booster helped, perhaps a lucky board as well!
Boring boring boring.... but I have nothing better to do at the moment. Even the video starts with boosters and CC won't allow us to go back to build our bot. Shame on them

This level rigged so even if u get the first two keys it’ll take u down to 4 moves to clear the top These levels are soooo rigged and another thing the weekly race to win the most levels is rigged also most of the time I compete with players I know or legitimate players But sometimes they switch it so I’m playing against fake players all with cartoon icons Nothing surprises me how they rig these levels

I read the comments here and my heart sank as I'd already been on this level a few days. But at least I knew it wasn't me being dim. This really was a near impossible level. The very next attempt I made it - WITHOUT BOOSTERS. The only useful thing I can say is to try and get the frogs done quickly - I did by looking for striped combos an the left and getting rid of the liquorice. Then ignoring the frog at the top level and just going for as many combos as possible. Plus a lot of luck of course.

I don't know what right I did. I just followed the advice given above to use the frog to clear keys. Of course I had a colour ball from the ad spin. The keys were gone in first few moves. The rest was all by itself. May be it was lucky board.

Help... This is ridiculous, nowhere near enough moves, can't believe anyone has cleared this
Tried several times on mobile phone, without success. Played on my PC and got it first go, with colour bomb, stripe/wrap and fish to start.
Really can't see how this is possible frog doesn't grow quickly enough, when keys are collected there are no moves left to finish the game, too few boosters left, think this will be the level to stop playing completely!

This is impossible! By the time I grow the frogs to clear the keys I have only 4 or 5 moves left. I can’t even get close. Please help!
Just when I was despairing, I won. I did manage to get the frog grown for the third time with 14 moves left. It still looked like I’d lose but then I managed to get a horizontal stripe in the bottom row of the icing and that helped. The last few moves made a lot of progress

Help
I had 30 mins free of a CB and then was able to crack it without other boosters. If you can use a CB to start and DON’T use it to grow the first frog. Try to grow the frog with its own colour candies then use it to get the next key. Use your CB now to grow that frog to collect the next key.
When you get to move your frog to the top, move it inbetween the two keys and it will also stop the licorice from dropping further.
Also remember if you explode your frog next to its own colours that will help grow it quickly too.

I have done exactly what ms cookie recommended BUT techs give me crappy boards.

This new level, without chocolat, is completly ridiculous. After you spend all your moves just to clean the keys, you have more 9 blocks to move, i.e, at least 40 moves more. What is your intention, CC?
