Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7144 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7144 is an orders level, you have to collect waffles, licorice and cherries to complete the level. The cherries need to be released from the top of the board by unlocking from the licorice and clearing the blockers holding them back.
Use one of the stripe combos at the top to start unlocking the cherries and waffles. Then you will need to try to make combos to unlock and clear the remaining waffles and licorice. You can forget about the cherries apart from making sure they get out of the exit at the bottom. A colourbomb/wrap combo is possibly the best combo to clear the waffles and collect the cherries.

Posting for a lucky board. Nowhere near enough moves if you don’t have boosters. Good luck everyone.
Only passed this level thanks to the 15 extra moves plus a hammer, otherwise I don't think I would have made it. Played hundreds of time.

Can I suggest that rather than blowing those 4 horizontal stripeys 1st go as Cookie says, you try to find a match in the lower middle first? One pair will stay on top as the others drop - combine them on your 2nd move without wasting the other two.
And 3 attempts later, this strategy took me past this tough level.

You're very welcome, Anon. I was just surprised that Cookie was advising to combine 2 stripeys immediately, which means wasting the other 2 because they are horizontal, not vertical.
Ridiculous. No fun . Not enough moves.

I tried the tip by NeverPaid to no avail, was on this for 2 days, finally got close and used 1 hand to get a CB/wrap, then 1 hammer on the last waffle, toughest one in the episode for me, good luck!
It is a tough level, Sunny - I'd failed a few times before realising that smashing all 4 stripeys 1st go was pointless. BTW, thanks for your other posts - you really get how this message board is meant to work, unlike some. We're all in this together!

I decided to follow NeverPaid's advice. What worked best for me was ignoring the 'opening move' completely. I just used the stripe candies in the game and did not unwrap that middle candy in the beginning. It got unwrapped by itself later on anyway. Once you manage to clear one side of the board, it is much easier to form good combinations. I finally managed to pass by having a lucky Colorbomb that I was able to combine with a wrap candy. That pretty much cleared all my problems with this board. Very relieved to get out of this episode finally. Was close to giving up and stopping. <Zoe

I never ( when possible, ) swap the top stripes it’s never really helped, I think the reason it helped others was coming on here changes the algorithm slightly and a lucky board appears, certainly I’ve never had as many colourbombs as cookie so old like cookie’s board please, the one with all the colourbombs
