Tips: Level 7199 is a rainbow rapids level, you have to collect two rainbows to complete the level.
The rainbows move down the two sides of the board and to get them down you need to clear the waffles that are blocking them.
Clear all the waffles and candy curls down each side of the board. The only waffles that don't need to be cleared are in the two bottom corners below the rainbow ends.

This was a tough level! But try to get the key ASAP, and try to play in the lower part of the board. Make use of the stripes and wraps that fall from the top, and try to pair them together. I got two color bombs and used a hand switch to use them together. Fortunately it all came together and I got through it!

Second day on this easy level. Never even close. You need 2 or 3 CB combos to pass. WTH?
Good tip, Unknown from August - I'd also add, take every chance to hit the twists stopping the rapids - it's very frustrating to clear everything else and be stopped by the twists, as they are hard to shift.
