Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7211 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7211 is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect the licorice and clear the jelly to complete the level.
There are locked cells at the top of the board but you don't need to worry about them, the keys are under the crystal candies at each side of the board and will be collected by the chocolate. Using double colourbomb combos can stop the chocolate from growing and collecting the keys. You don't need to unlock the locked cells as there is no jelly under them, but if they get unlocked by the chocolate it shouldn't cause you too much of a problem as most of the jelly will be collected.
Wrapped candies are best for unlocking and clearing the licorice, use colourbomb combos if you can make them as these will help most with the licorice.

I disagree with this advice. Block the chocolate by taking out a candy from the outside row. You DO NOT want the keys to be covered. You don't want or need the wafers to fall. Good luck.

Not classified as hard, because it's easy when you understand what you must do!! Thanks to Nantz' advice I did simply not care at all what happened in the "outer ring" (with chocolate and keys and whatever). I just tried to unblock the middle quickly and find good combos to unlock the "inner ring" and hit the jellies there... This worked (even when the waffles started to fall later in the middle). The more you unblock in the "inner ring", the easier the level gets and the more combos are possible. Just concentrated on this and made it first try with 2 moves left (after 10 senseless attempts leading to nowhere before reading this blog).

Finding this one much harder than 7209. Even with fish and good combos I keep running out of moves. I even got a lucky spin with extra moves and still couldn't make it!
These tips sound good but I'm still struggling, Come on lucky board!!

Thanks, Emsa8, worked first go. Totally ignored everything on the outside, just blasted everything in the middle. Needed wheel spin but for once won extra moves.

I play on mobile iOS and found if you use the middle section inside the peppermint stripe as your board as stated prior also play from the bottom of the inside board and I did not have enough licorice spirals or candy crystals inside the board
I had to get wrapped candies next to the stripe and blast those
I got lucky on last move and had two wrapped ones together
I came close. Needed 1 licorice and it never appeared on board
