Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7388 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7388 is an ingredients level, you have to collect all the cherries to complete the level. The only thing holding back the cherries are candy curls, which need to be cleared out of the way. You need to collect the keys to unlock the board, the keys are under candy coats in the top part of the board.
The candy curls can be cleared at the same time as you are collecting the keys because your combos will not be stopped by the locked cherries. Stripe/wrap combos and colourbomb/stripe combos will clear the candy curls and a double colourbomb combo will be especially useful. The frog can be especially useful for clearing the candy curls, grow it using colourbombs and use it when you get the chance.

Coconut wheel helped and using the frog for the trickier curls.

How can the frog help? You can't use it on the cherries so it can't affect the curls.

Yes, frog is useless.
Need better boards.
The front works if you place it in a space next to or under the cherry. This will help clear the candy curls. Double color bombs are the best. And a luck board of course. Good Luck!

Thanks for the frog hint. I was trying to use it on the cherries and it only works under the cherries.

Damn I wish I read this 1st. Thought the frog was useless. Kept putting it just above the candy cane fence but it wouldn’t even clear the curl below. Finally had to use 10 gold and some boosters to win. Coulda passed w/none of that had I read to put the stupid frog in the blank spaces. D’oh!
