Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7579 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7579 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a rainbow rapids level, you have to collect the rainbows to complete the level.
You need to clear the blockers and rainbow candies on the whole board to allow the rapids to move to their ends. Matches of three won't do the job, so you need to make combos to have any chance of clearing this level. When you get stripes or other specials make sure you use them to the best advantage, there is no point detonating a stripe if it won't hit anything. The best combos are either a stripe/wrap combo or a double colourbomb combo. Other colourbomb combos may be helpful, but I found that stripes went the wrong way too often and wraps drop down the board too quickly to be much help. The fish are worse than useless, they just as often set off your specials and they hardly ever hit the blockers you need to clear.

Not classified hard on my phone....but it is!!!!
Very hard level and getting tedious.
Plus they added another layer on top of the caged candies on the right. Why,it's hard enough already!

Not enough moves with the extra double layers on top of the caged candies that can only be removed by hitting them twice with specials. Getting pretty boring , especially if you don't have boosters.

Not fair adding 2 extra layers on the crystals with the same amount of moves. Very boring after a while.
And not 25 but 23 moves!
Not rated hard here, more blockers than video though, managed to match popcorn CB with another CB, did a lot of damage, finally got it, onward, good luck on the 3rd episode everyone!

Why have they programmed the fish to be a hindrance. All they do is ruin color bomb & striped/wrapped combos you try and set up. Hardly any levels are listed as hard anymore for me. Just to make sure you can't do too well on F5 and only get 25 points for passing a level instead of 65. Still I win the weekly race with Facebook friends every time cos nobody plays anymore. That will go soon. Games been ruined by greed
If you read the majority of the posts on these forums, Roger, a lot of people do not think CC is wonderful anymore.
I also note the second instance of the moderator deleting a comment of mine (containing no intended offence), whilst being happy for a lot of other trolling against me and others (e.g., #7460, #7514 & #7591) to stand unchecked.
WTF is going on? Is my nameless troll really the moderator? That's the only sensible explanation.
And if you're happy to fork out big bucks to support corporate greed - crack on, pal. Just don't expect me to be similarly conned.
Ah well. I’ve got a substantial shareholding in Activision Blizzard so I suppose I’m just lining my own pockets lol

Agree with pagirl...I'm hitting the blockers on the right with stripe wrap combo and is doing absolutely nothing..doesn't clear off a single layer!! How many times does it have to be hit??

Was on previous level for 4 days, only got it by using gold bars for extra moves, that one wasn't labelled as hard either.
Can't see a way of passing this level either, rediculous my hard, feel like giving up!
