Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7633 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7633 is an orders level, you have to collect the waffles to complete the level. This is harder than it looks. First you need to collect the two keys in the top part of the board using vertical stripes or colourbombs. This will unlock the waffles top left and right and this is where the remaining keys will drop when there is space for them. The fish from the floats will help by collecting the keys, but they don't help much with the waffles so you can't rely on them to complete the orders. You need to make combos to collect the waffles, colourbomb combos are good as are stripe/wrap combos.

Check booster does help but also probably got a lucky board too
Why don’t fish hit remaining squares? Instead they hit useless squares instead of blockers
