Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7664 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7664 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a jelly level and there is jelly over the whole board so everything has to be cleared to complete the level.
You will need to make some powerful combos to complete this level, the licorice curls can be cleared, but the licorice fences can't and these will block your combos. However by the time you are able to make combos most of the licorice curls will be cleared and you should have a better chance to make the combos needed. As always with jelly levels you will need to make as many combos as possible to clear the board and as the board begins to be cleared you should start to get cascades which will help clear the jelly without wasting moves.
The video below starts with more moves but it is completed in 15 moves, so well within the moves available now.

By the time you are able to make combos, the lives are gone and it is over....if you don't start out strong, there is no hope....so, as usual, I am hoping for the board I haven't encountered yet....

That worked again! Second attempt after posting. No boosters. With 7 moves left, cascades destroyed almost everything. Finished with 5 moves remaining!
Another level waiting on a lucky board. Ridiculous KING. Can we get levels that PLAYERS can play by themselves. EVERY level we wait on a lucky board and it plays out itself. This is not fun. Number of moves depleted AGAIN. Your designers need furloughed for a while. Bring in new designers to bring the fun back. How long do I need to wait now for a lucky board

This level isn't even classified as hard!! it should be labeled nightmarishly hard! I have spent 2 days and I am not even close!! can't make combos because chocolate will cover it up. just another tedious level, this game is no longer fun
Hope this helps - started with no boosters but combined fish with packet and near the finish colour bomb/packet. Job done😎

Try adding a fish. Towards the end of the game fish dropped from the middle dispenser a wrap soon followed and I was able to swipe a fish and wrap together three times. Had to pay for extra moves but finally passed

Most of these last few levels have been pure hell..c'mon King..make the game fun again!! This is the only game i have on my phone!
There some kind of glitch for me on this level..it's not clearing what it should be and I'm getting those stupid lines like a rainbow rapid level!
Stuck forever like everyone else. Trying to decide if I should use my UFO. Want to use it when I have half a chance but it never looks good! Don’t think I’ve finished w/less than 25 jellies left.
I also think when I make combos not all is removed as it should be. I realize the new fences block them but it just doesn’t seem right. Who knows? I’m just complaining. Boo hoo! Grrrrr! Ok. Back to work... on this level.

Stupid that you can't make any progress on this game without being stuck on a level for days at a time. I'll spend my time playing Best Fiends while waiting for a lucky board here. They are not getting any money.

This level is the most stupid one I’ve come across . It must be time to call it quits as there is no way anyone could do this . Why reduce the number of moves don’t understand.
The level that will make me quit. What a joke. No skill required...just luck but how many days do you have play before they give you the lucky board?
I don’t know. Maybe this helps, maybe that helps. Nothing is helping me, not even starting with the three starter boosters. Just another level to ignore for days and then King will let you pass. And that spawner in the middle is a real buzz kill.

This game is fun when you can combine fish with stripes or the wraps but sure not getting anywhere. You techs and programmers are great to change things up and add difficulties but I need some help please as I need to kick some butt as my friends got ahead of me...lol please and thank you.
